Header builder not able to edit

Hi,

today I been try to modify the logo in the header builder and the page just keep loading and never finishing.
Actually same the problem with the slider revolution. Im not able to change the settings, but mainly the problem the themes error.

Hello,

Please deactivate all the third parties plugins not related to the theme and provide admin access and FTP.

In order to distinguish which plugins relate to the theme and which do not, deactivate them all and then navigate to Appearance > Install plugins and activate all in the list.

i been disabled all plugins what the core dont use and updated all themes plugin.

You have not deactivated all the plugins. I have done that and checked the issue. The logo was loaded and saved within a few seconds.

Make sure you are editing the header builder properly:

Choose the proper header type (your current) http://prntscr.com/iyd333

Modify elements as per your needs: http://prntscr.com/iyd3h3

Take into consideration that there is also the mobile view of your header http://prntscr.com/iyd3v3 check all the elements there.

Now activate the plugins one by one checking the issue to understand which plugin caused the problem.
