Help Needed for Product Page Customization and Description Issue

I recently purchased the Woodmart theme, and while I appreciate its features, I’m finding it very difficult to customize the product page the way I want. I have a clear example of a product page design I’d like to follow, but it seems almost impossible to recreate this layout using Woodmart without extensive custom coding or complex workarounds.

Additionally, I’m having an issue where the product description is not showing up on the single product page. I’ve double-checked that the content is added in the product editor, but it simply doesn’t display on the front end.

These are the main issues I need help with:

I can’t customize the product page layout to match the structure I want (I have a reference example : https://beautyessence.uk/products/true-fit-posture-corrector).

The product description does not appear on the product page.

I’d really appreciate detailed guidance on how to resolve both points. Also, as I mentioned in another post, it would be very helpful if I could ask for help with multiple tasks in the same thread rather than having to create a separate topic for each one.

To assist you in the best possible manner, I kindly ask that you please provide me temporary wp-admin info (wp-admin URL, username, password) and screenshots that illustrate the problem to the Private Content area, this will allow me to thoroughly investigate and address your concerns more efficiently.

Hi Hung, Thanks for your response.
I’ve added the temporary wp-admin credentials and attached 4 screenshots in the Private Content area. Each highlights an issue:
I can’t edit the WooCommerce notice.
I can’t create tabs for product description and reviews.
The logo size is too large and not responsive across all views.
I want the product variations to display as pills instead of dropdowns. I already opened a support ticket about this and followed the instructions I was given exactly, but it still doesn’t work.

I’d like to replicate that layout and behavior on my current site, but I’m having trouble doing so with Woodmart.

1. WooCommerce notices

This is default WooCommerce’s functionalities and WoodMart does not control it. In order to change / translate messages. Please make sure you synced the strings first before changing / translating WooCommerce, WordPress Cores file, WoodMart Core plugins and WoodMart theme. You can refer to article

2. You are using custom layouts for a single product page, which is built with the WoodMart WooCommerce builder. Navigate to Layouts > remove Reviews widget and use Product tabs widget instead.

3. Navigate to WoodMart > Header builder > edit default header (highlighted star icon) or you can go through the admin bar directly https://prnt.sc/Ct9ehRDvvDV9

Hover on Logo element, click on Pencil icon, and you can change Logo width. It also can be applied to Mobile tab. However, I kindly recommend you to use photo editor like Photoshop before uploading logo.

4. It looks like you typed variations manually. Please select created variations from dropdown instead.
