How to hide the Hamburger Open Menu on Mega Electronics Mega Menu?

We have turned off the sidebar/sticky side menu from our site, but the hamburger menu option (in our case, called: Open Menu) is still appearing in the menu. See attached.

How do we remove this from the menu?

I have achieved this with .wd-header-sticky-nav { display: none; }
