percentage badge is not showing correct percentage for some products

We use the same discount plugin Discount Rules for WooCommerce .
Can you help us solve the issue as previous topic?

Sorry for the inconvenience. We are assuming that you have completely read the previous Topic that you shared the link of. So, it is basically a Plugin compatibility issue with the Theme.

So, in the last response it was mentioned that the “developers have checked and seen that one of the patches influenced the files and corrected that. It should work properly now.”

So, can you please once make sure your WoodMart theme and Core plugin is updated to the latest version and then check back the issue again on your Site. The latest version of the Theme running is 7.0.4 and the Core version running is 1.0.35.

And under the Dashboard > WoodMart > Patcher > you have applied all the Patches and then check back your issue again. Hopefully, it will get resolved by then.

If the issue persists, then kindly, please share your Site WP-ADMIN Login details in the Private Content field so that we can check and help you with that.

We have investigated the issue and noticed that the plugin you use doesn’t affect the product’s sale price. Our custom percentage label is calculated based on product function $product-> get_sale_price(). And since it is always empty the label is not shown correctly. You need to contact plugin developers for help on this matter.
