There is a problem with the template structure. Of course, it is not a problem, but the style is not interesting
When subcategories are listed. The next column should list the products, but the products will show immediately after the subcategories.
Basically, the list of products should be under the subcategory. It is true that the products should be listed in the next row!! This style is not interesting now.
Also, the Persian translation file does not work. You may upload the translation file.

    Hello,

    1. You are using the default Shop page from WooCommerce therefore we cannot influent the product grid there. You can build such a design via Layout builder.

    https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/

    2. Please follow the below documentation on how to upload the translation.

    https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/theme-translation/

Let me know if you have any questions, I’d be happy to answer them.

    Kind Regards

Unfortunately, your translation file does not work
    You may test it yourself
I have been trying for several days
Also, another issue is that the translations disappear after each update of the theme
Maybe you can upload the Persian file for me and my problem will be solved

    Hello,

In this case, I suggest translating the theme with the help of the “Loco Translate” plugin.

Here is documentation on how to use it:

    https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/translate-woodmart-theme-with-loco-translate/

Feel free to reach out so we can discuss possible options moving forward.

    Kind Regards

Hello, the problem has been solved
    I have two questions
First: If I do a new update now, will this translation be lost?
Second: How did you do it? Everything I did did not work. You may make a video tutorial on how to translate files.

    Hello,

    1. The translation should not be lost.

    2. I just did the same as described in our documentation:

    https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/theme-translation/

    1) Download translation: https://prnt.sc/xfPp9F0MqVOn

    2) Renamed the downloaded files: https://prnt.sc/cz8RWDMf1Sj- , and upload them to the website_root/wp-content/languages/themes/ path.

You can also reach out to us if you have any questions.

    Kind Regards

    hi
Now I will update the theme to version 7.03. Is the translation lost? What can I do to prevent this from happening?

    Hello,

The translation shouldn’t be lost because the translation is situated in the website_root/wp-content/languages/themes/ folder. If the translation is only located in the theme folder then there is a high probability that the translations will be lost.

Also, occasionally after updates, not all lines are translated because there are new lines that are not translated.

    Kind Regards
