web-1099ParticipantPlease help me. While using the WoodMart theme, random wallpapers appear on the page and then suddenly disappear. What is the reason of this? I have read in countless places that many people are struggling with the same problem, but there is actually no solution anywhere. What can we do? Unfortunately, if there is no fix for this, I will have to change my site to another theme, because this is a disaster.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Please send me a video or some screenshots for a better understanding of where I can see this issue on your website.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Is there any chance that you could give me access to the dashboard area so I can have a look at the settings on your website, please?

web-1099ParticipantIn any case, can they only be viewed if I grant access? What level of access should there be? It would be a big problem for me if anyone other than me had access to the site at the administrator level, so if there was any other solution, I would recommend it.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
On my side, I do not see any images on the Shop’s background. In general, some third-party plugins can affect it.

So when the issue will appear again, please let me know with some temporary access so I will investigate it from your side.

web-1099ParticipantThe problem is completely random. I have currently set a white background for the page, which was not set before. We haven’t experienced it since then, but it can happen to anyone at any time.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
The issue can appear from any third-party plugin, the easiest way to find from where the image comes is to leave plugins that are related to the theme and then recheck the issue. But in your case, you do not have that problem at the moment so the problem is very difficult to find because the image does not appear.

web-1099ParticipantThe picture that appears is completely random, from among those on the page. There is a picture of one of the products or a photo of a colleague appearing endlessly as the background of the page.
Disabling or enabling plugins does not cause the image to appear. I have already tested this.
The biggest problem with this is that the site operates internationally and we have a lot of partners and customers in front of whom, if this ever appears like this, we could find ourselves in a very unpleasant situation. E.g.: one of our instructors appears as a background, or one of our resellers, etc.
As I read the forums, this also caused problems for others, what was the solution there? Maybe there will be a patch for this at some point?

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
Please send me access to the admin dashboard because I still don’t see the issue, it will help me investigate the settings on your website. Also, please describe how often the issue appears.
Please send the link to the forums where the such issue appears as well because such issues I have never seen before.
Looking forward to hearing back from you!

web-1099ParticipantHi
They can be viewed at the links down. It is clear that no one has received a clear solution to their questions, which all relate to background problems. You asked everyone for administrator access, why? Why does this require administrative access?
The problem was already present in 2020. Wasn\’t this time enough for you to find out what the problem was?I don\’t want to give admin access to anyone. Please understand this and don\’t say that this is the only solution because this is not a setup issue.

Let me point out I stated “random background image” as title. We did not set this, it happens by itself. I would like to point out these posts all having the same issue, no one getting a clear answer as far as I’ve seen. I’ve sent you files to look at and I’ve told you which plugins we use. This has now happened to about 7 of our sites.Other posts you might want to look at again:

web-1099ParticipantHi
I see but i do not want to give admin access. Another way?

TiborMarch 13, 2023 at 3:56 pm #450752
Artem TemosKeymasterIn this case, send us a link to the page where we can see this image and we will give you a quick fix. But without access to your website will not be able to check it in the dashboard and find our what is made wrong there.
March 13, 2023 at 5:27 pm #450773
web-1099ParticipantHi
The problem cannot be triggered at this time. This is a random event. When it appears, it’s on all pages.

Artem TemosKeymasterTry to add the following code snippet to the Custom CSS area in Theme Settings to fix this issue.
body .main-page-wrapper { background: white!important; }

[email protected]Participantwas this issue ever resolved? I had a topic on this previously as well; but I am seeing that it still occurs every now and then with no explanation.

Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
No, we didn’t hear from you from our last reply so we didn’t have a chance to the issue.

[email protected]Participantthe issue seemed resolved, but every now and then it happens. As of yesterday, I saw the issue while making some updates on a site. But after posting again here, I did not see it anymore. Its a bit frustrating we have not been able to find a solution or cause for this. Because it happens randomly, and chooses random images from our media library, its very concerning of having that uncertainty. Is there any hint at what could be causing this? With some many topics on this issue, you have not been able to find any insight on this?
Also, when you provided that CSS code, ut seemed to have resolved the issue for a while, but not sure why I saw the issue again yesterday, even with this CSS code still in effect.
September 15, 2023 at 4:26 pm #496405
Artem TemosKeymasterHello,
Maybe this code was removed from your website. Anyway, we need to see this issue when it happens on your website to see what is wrong.
Kind Regards
