Shortcode for Wishlist

Is there any way to add wishlist button or icon using a Shortcode in Woodmart theme

The Wishlist icon under the Theme already shows on the Products like this for the Archive pages: https://snipboard.io/KIoQP9.jpg

Other than these, where specifically do you want to add a Wishlist Icon or button on your Site? Could you please elaborate it with some useful Screenshots and Page URLs for our better understanding.

If you are using Custom Product Layout on your Site, then you can use the Theme’s element Add to wishlist button under that layout and then you would be able to use the Wishlist in that: https://snipboard.io/81iGAF.jpg

But i don’t find that widget , is that in the new theme, i have to update or enable somewhere

Could you please once make sure your WoodMart theme and Core plugin is updated to the latest version and then check back the issue again on your Site. The latest version of the Theme running is 7.0.4 and the Core version running is 1.0.35. If it is not updated then you can update the Theme and Core following the Documentation Guide: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/update-the-theme/

If after the Theme and Core update, you are still unable to find the Wishlist theme element under the Custom Single Product layout then kindly, please share your Site WP-ADMIN Login details in the Private Content field so that we can check this concern on your Site and help you out accordingly.

No luck I have searched everywhere for it. Elements only has a wishlist content. In Woodmart I have it active, but nothing happens on the product page.

1- Firstly, regarding the Wishlist concern we are not seeing any Custom Product layout on your Site made under the Dashboard > Layouts and as we mentioned earlier, the Add to wishlist button element is only available under the Custom Product layout right now. For any other page edit with the Page Builder, you can only find the direct Wishlist content element which shows the Wishlist content directly on that page: https://snipboard.io/ULaG8O.jpg

This is the only possibility right now related to Wishlist under the Theme.

3- Regarding the Header Sticky, the thing is you haven’t made the Header with the Theme’s Header Builder. You might have made the Header with some of the Elementor kit plugins like the one you have installed on your Site named ”ElementsKit Lite”. So, it is a third party Plugin which you have used to make the Header so unfortunately we can’t be sure of the options related to it. For the time being, as we have checked its options we have made one of the Section that you have in that Header as Sticky using the Motion Effects option under the Advanced tab that you have used for the Menu too: https://snipboard.io/fbQnYc.jpg

So, you need to check their options in this regard or you can simply use the Theme’s Header Builder to create the Header and make it Sticky. Here is the guide to that:

Sorry that you had to face the inconvenience.

As addressed in this Topic thread earlier, right now there is a Wishlist element available to add anywhere on the Page but there isn’t a separate element available to add a Wishlist button on the Pages other than the Custom Single Product layout. It is currently only available under Custom Single Product layout to add.

Moreover, on your request we are forwarding this to our Development Department for consideration to add it in the Theme for other Pages too, but we are not giving you the guarantee for that because please note that a Theme cannot satisfy all requirements as it may cause Theme heaviness. Sometimes it may require your own Customization. So if the development department finds it fit with the Theme environment then surely they will look through it.

You have to go to Dashboard -> Theme Settings -> Shop -> Wishlist.
Make your changes and save.
