Sidebar Category list/filter with check to show/hide some category of products

Hi,
I’m looking for a way to do what you can see in the screenshot->show hide product by flagging (check) some categories. Is like filter but you can choose more then one. I wonder if is possible with your native theme widgets or if you can suggest any plugin to achieve it.

The product category widget is the Woocommerce functionality. By default, Woocommerce does not provide the option you describe.
