    Hello,

You cannot edit these functional default WooCommerce pages with Elementor directly. Try to use the Theme’s Layout Builder, you can create Custom Layouts for WooCommerce pages like Shop, Category, Single Product page, Cart, and Checkouts. You can use that to create your own custom layouts for these pages.

Further, you can read more about the Layout Builder here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/

    Hello,

I’ve checked your site, and it appears that two checkout layouts are currently active — one from the demo and another that you created. Both layouts are editable with Elementor and appear to be functioning correctly.

To ensure proper behavior and avoid conflicts, please follow these steps:

    1. Keep only one layout active (preferably the one you intend to use), and deactivate the other.

    2. Make sure the default WooCommerce Checkout page (the one containing the [woocommerce_checkout] shortcode) is set as the Checkout page under WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced.

This will ensure that your checkout process functions smoothly with the correct layout and routing.

I didn’t quite understand what you meant. The page I just created does not appear under WooCommerce > Settings > Advanced > Checkout Page options

I can see that it’s functioning properly, but when you go to the cart and click on the checkout button, it doesn’t redirect to the page — instead, it gives a 404 error.

It’s not working — when I confirm the cart, it doesn’t redirect me to the payment page.

When I click the “Confirm Order” button, it’s supposed to redirect to the payment page, but instead, I get a 404 error.

    Hello,

You don’t need to delete or set the Checkout page to draft in order to use the theme’s custom layout. The Checkout page must remain published and contain the default WooCommerce shortcode. Additionally, it should be properly assigned in WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced → Checkout Page.

I’ve gone ahead and published your Checkout page with the correct settings, and it’s now working as expected. Please revisit your site and verify that the issue has been resolved.

The assignment has been made, and the payment methods appear to be active. It was working before the payment page was changed.

    Hello,

Yes, I temporarily enabled the Cash on Delivery payment method while placing a test order on your site. After completing the test, I disabled it again, which is why it’s no longer showing on the Checkout page.

    Hello,

You are using the custom header on your site for the checkout page, Woodmart theme provides the option to create different headers for different pages: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/how-to-set-different-header-for-specific-page/

You can check the custom header for a checkout page and change the logo or change it with the default header.

I adjusted the border radius and saved the changes, but it doesn’t seem to have any effect on the website. How can we fix this?

    Hello,

The rounding configuration in your Theme Settings is functioning correctly. I’ve applied custom rounding settings, and they are now working as expected on your site.

Where can I adjust the border radius of the buttons?

    #671945

    Hello,

Navigate to Theme Settings > Styles & Colors > Buttons.

Here, you can define the predefined styles for different button types — including their colors, background, borders, and hover effects.

For detailed guidance, please refer to our documentation on advanced button styles:
    https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/advanced-button-styles/

    Best Regards,
