Please try adding the following Custom CSS in the Global Custom CSS area under Theme Settings >> Custom CSS.

.whb-top-bar .wd-nav-secondary>li>a {
color: red;
}

Hi,

I am trying to create a button like effect on the Top bar. I was able to add my padding for

.whb-top-bar .wd-tools-element .wd-tools-text

I would like to manually control the padding for the background for:

.whb-top-bar .wd-nav-secondary>li>a

Currently it is being overridden buy other settings. Please see attachment.
