Please can you advise. The PHP Configuration Limits are the following, which appear to meet or are above the recommended limits:

memory_limit 768M
post_max_size 64M
upload_max_filesize 200M

Howvere, I can see these pages exist under All Pages. How do I link them to my main menu and prefooter menu?

Not entirely sure what to do about this, based on my search through your support forums it cannot be done manually and requires me to provide FTP access. I have attached it in the private content box.

How can I add you as admin user to my site? What email should I use?

I just bought your theme and while importing base import/full import I get this error message:
“Import AJAX problem. Please, try import data manually.”

But at the end of the import, I get this successful message:
“Base dummy content is successfully imported and installed. Now you can choose any version to apply its settings for your website or leave a default one. You are be able to switch to default version settings any time.”

So, is everything okay or should I worry about something broken during import ?

There is a problem with your hosting server and it doesn’t work properly. We can’t access it . Using VPN it is very slow even if our theme is deactivated. WordPress default import mechanism doesn’t work correctly and it doesn’t import sliders. We see 500 Internal Server Error on AJAX requests. We suggest you to contact your hosting provider or try with some other hosting like BlueHost.

hello after i made fresh insulation to my them , i import the Basic or full import
but now whenever want to use a demo organic version them or any other demo it tells me this massage “Empty AJAX response, please try again.”

I can’t see now, but I am afraid after I setup others things, and finally affected by error prompt during installation of theme.
Would the following error prompt out affect the system”?
example IMPORT AJAX PROBLEM. PLEASE, TRY IMPORT DATA MANUALLY.
How to import manually? AJAX problem is it a function or just demo stuff?

2. activation all the plugin required, prompt plugin in fatal error, finally reactivated no error prompt, will all others user installation get the same result?

I remove the wordpress form the host and reinstall from the ground

Is it a must for base import?
I see duplicated categories, and some dummy product.
How can I reset those product and categories?

I get the error message “Import AJAX problem. Please, try import data manually” when I import the demo in dashboard > woodmart > base import.

Hello, I have this problem, install everything from scratch so there should be no problem with two more stores, could it be my Hostgator hosting provider? excuse my english but I speak spanish and this I did with google translator..

Also try to import the electronics theme and say that I do it but trying to open gives me an unknown error.

We see that all AJAX requests give us 500 Internal Server Error. Could you please ask your hosting provider to investigate this issue and check what error is in the errors log when you try to import the content?

Got this when I started to import the Base Data and Install.

Even though I got the error, it let me go all the way to the end but I see that the icons aren’t showing up and not working.

Any help with that?

On my server I have 3 app installed:

1. Main App
2. Test App (clone of the main app where I test updates and plugins)
3. Theme App (which is just the latest version of WP, WC and Basel installed. No extra plugins)

To update themes and plugins I use “Easy Theme and Plugin Upgrades”.

I’ve been able to update Basel 3.8 to Basel 3.9 with the mentioned above plugin, however the new version brake the website:

– In the homepage, footer, main content and revolution slider disappear. I can only see the header and I do not have errors in console
– In the shop page all content disappear. I can only see the header. No errors in console.
– Blog and pages like about, are the only things that works.

All plugins are updated. I’ve also deactivated all the plugins that didn’t come with Basel package and problem it’s not solved.

3. Theme App (which is just the latest version of WP, WC and Basel installed. No extra plugins)

When I’ve tried to update Basel on a fresh new installation of Basel 3 and latest version of WP, has been impossible. I’ve received this error:

Installing the theme…

Destination folder already exists. …/public_html/wp-content/themes/basel/

Theme installation failed.

So I’ve tried to overwrite Basel folder with the new version, it was fine, but it doesn’t looks updated. In Theme Settings/General I can still see Basel 3.8.0

Fresh installation of Basel 3.9

I’ve then made a fresh installation of WordPress, WooCommerce and tried to directly install Basel 3.9 without pass through Basel 3.8

All was fine except for the Dummy Content. I’ve started “Base Import Data”. The process was completed but was impossible import Ajax: “Import AJAX problem. Please, try import data manually.”

Import demo version is impossible, you can’t select them. Maybe ’cause was impossible import Ajax.

I’ve assigned the homepage, since the menu is missing as well as the homepage. Home Base comes with a revolution slider, but the revolution slider is not displayed nor the rest of the homepage, exactly as it happens for 2. Test App, and this is a fresh installation of everything.

I am trying to install the demo content of the WoodMart theme, but when it reaches 2% it is stopped and after a while it gives an error “Import AJAX problem”
I appreciate a solution.

Hi,

It hasn’t imported correctly as the Ajax error occurs each time we upload base import – it occurs at 2% each time – please feel free to delete and upload again so you can view error.

I have just installed a fresh version of WordPress 4.8.2, with the latest Basel Theme, and am getting the error: “Import AJAX problem. Please, try import data manually.” when importing dummy content.

I have also checked the forum for a solution, and cant find the line “$this->create_attributes();” in “inc/dummy-content/base/after.php”

Hello, I have 2 problems.

1st problem: When I activate the plugins YITH WooCommerce Wishlist or
YITH WooCommerce Compare the webpage stops working and displays an error message or simply does not load anything, the only way to return the page is disactivating both plugins.

2nd problem: I can’t import dummy content, if I click in import base data button starts to download data but in 3 or 4% shows a message like ajax error, also in aditional pages tab all content is disabled to import.

When i click on Basic or full import tab button to import basic content then this error appear

“Import AJAX problem. Please, try import data manually.”
How can i resolve this ??
