In reply to: Woodmart Decor I Can’t Edit Shop Page
Hello,
You can customize the shop page styles by navigating to Theme Settings > Shop and Product Archive, where you’ll find various configuration options.
If you want to edit the shop page directly with a page builder, please note that the default WooCommerce functional pages (like Shop, Cart, Checkout) cannot be edited directly. Instead, you can use the Theme’s Layout Builder to create custom layouts for these pages, including Shop, Category, Single Product, Cart, and Checkout.
You can learn more about how to use the Layout Builder here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/
If you have any questions, feel free to contact us.

Hello,
Please note that WooCommerce default pages, like the Cart and Checkout, are not fully editable with Elementor by default. Even if you change the Page Builder setting to Elementor, these pages are dynamically generated by WooCommerce templates.
You cannot edit these functional default WooCommerce pages with Elementor directly. Try to use the Theme’s Layout Builder, you can create Custom Layouts for WooCommerce pages like Shop, Category, Single Product page, Cart, and Checkouts. You can use that to create your own custom layouts for these pages.

Hello,
The default theme logic (like hiding the empty WooCommerce description section) won’t apply when using custom layouts. So if you’ve manually added a heading or container for the description, that section will still appear — exactly as you noticed.
Unfortunately, there are no built-in options in the theme settings to automatically hide it when it’s empty.
For more details, you can check the theme documentation on custom layouts here:

In reply to: Managing Product Order in the Store
Hello,
You can try using the Theme’s Layout Builder to achieve this.
It allows you to create custom layouts for WooCommerce pages like the Shop, Category, Single Product, Cart, and Checkout pages. To highlight specific products at the top:
1. Create a custom layout for the product archive page.
2. Use the Product Grid or Carousel widget in that layout.
3. Manually add the product IDs of the items you want to show at the top. This way, you can showcase your selected products first while keeping the default product order for the rest of the shop intact.
