In reply to: How to move the Coupon block to a logical position?
Hello,
You are using a custom layout for the checkout page, To add or move the coupon field and checkout steps title. You’ll need to create a new Layout with the Checkout Top Content condition and add the Coupon Form and checkout steps widgets inside that layout.
This will ensure all elements appear in the correct position within the checkout page.

In reply to: custom popups and custom archive filter not working
Hello,
01. Could you please elaborate on your concern more with some useful screenshots for better understanding that demonstrate the problem so we can understand and reproduce it on your website.
02. When you create a custom layout with a page builder, you need to add the dedicated widgets with the page builder manually. You need to add the product filters in the layout to show the filters.
Regarding the off-canvas column button in mobile, navigate to Layouts > Edit product archive Layout with page builder and add the off-canvas columns button in the layout: https://ibb.co/ycwk3tcq
You should have 2 columns and one of them should have the Column role for the off-canvas layout option. Edit the “Sidebar” column and in its settings set the Column role for “off-canvas layout” as “Off-canvas”: https://take.ms/puKlD

Hello,
01. Regarding adding a slider in the category pages, try to use the Theme’s Layout Builder. You can create Custom Layouts for WooCommerce pages like Shop, Category, Single Product page, Cart, and Checkouts, and for portfolio pages. You can use that to create your own custom layouts for category pages and in the layout, use the slider widget and choose the slider that you want to show in this category: https://ibb.co/4RKBqf5R
Further, you can read more about the Layout Builder here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/
02. Regarding the page title image for the category, there is no option to use a separate image for mobile.
If you want to add widgets in the sidebar in the categories pages, navigate to Theme Settings > Product Archive > Sidebar > choose the sidebar position, Then, Navigate to Appearance > Widgets > add the widgets in the shop page widget area.

Hello,
You can add and highlight custom information like “Free Shipping” or “Guaranteed Quality” on the single product page in two ways:
Create an HTML Block and add your custom text/icons. Then, go to Theme Settings > Single Product > Add to Cart > Insert the HTML Block in the option before the “Add to Cart” button.
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/html-blocks-usage/This will display the information just before the Add to Cart button on the product page.
If you want the information directly under the product title, use a Custom Single Product Layout for a single product page.

In reply to: Product Page
Hello,
You create ONE Single Product template. Then every product automatically uses that layout.
But the Description, Additional Information, Specifications, etc. are filled per product, not inside the template. That means content will NOT be duplicated, as long as you edit it from the product itself, not from the template. Do not write product text inside Elementor widgets like static Text Editor blocks inside the template, because then all products will show the same text.
Edit each product’s own content, Go to Products > All Products > Edit and add the Product title, Product description, Product short description, Product data > Attributes (specification in your layout)etc .
Regarding the specification section in your layout, navigate to Layouts > Edit single product layout with the page builder that you are using.
Here, you can edit the specification section and choose the data source whose attributes you want to display.
https://ibb.co/JwwrhcNMThese are product attributes that can be edited and configured for each product individually.

Hello,
Since you are using a Custom Single Product Layout, the fields from Product Settings > Layout > Extra content block will not appear automatically on the frontend.
You need to add it inside the layout itself:
Navigate to > Layouts > Single Product Layout > Edit with Elementor > Add the widget Product Extra Content Block > Place it where you want the specifications / extra content to appear
Screenshot reference: https://postimg.cc/NLQHSNbp
After that, the content you assign per product will display correctly on the frontend.

Tabs are missing in the layout editor
In the Layout Builder, only default WooCommerce tabs (Description, Reviews, Additional Information) are available by default.
Your Delivery tab is a custom tab, so it does not appear automatically in the layout editor. Custom tabs are managed from Products > Custom Tabs. From there you can add, edit, or remove custom tabs globally.
Please check this manual:https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/custom-tabs/

Hello,
The issue is likely related to a Custom Layout applied to archive pages in WoodMart. When an archive layout is assigned globally, it can also affect the search results page, which is why your site redirects to the Shop layout instead of showing proper search results.
Please try this:
Navigate to Layouts > Layout Builder > Edit your Archive layout.
Check the Conditions and make sure it’s not applied to Search Results. Either exclude Search Results, or create a separate layout and assign it specifically to Search Results.

Hello,
When you use a Custom Layout for a Single Product, the default WooCommerce/Theme Settings output is no longer used. That’s why options from Theme Settings (like Upsells, “Before Add to Cart” content, tabs, etc.) don’t appear automatically. Everything must be added manually in the layout.
So this behavior is expected.
Here’s how to handle it:
Frequently Bought Together before Description
In your Single Product Layout, drag the Frequently Bought Together element and place it above the Product Tabs / Description widget.
Upsell Products
Add a Product Grid or Product Carousel widget and set Data source > Upsells.
Tabs (Description, Additional Info, Reviews) on mobile
Add the Product Tabs widget to your layout: https://ibb.co/twf60QBj
In short: once a Custom Layout is enabled, Theme Settings no longer inject elements automatically — everything must be placed inside Layouts > Edit Single Product Layout.

In reply to: Single product layout
Hello,
The layout you are using is currently assigned to All Products, so it affects every product page.
If you want a layout only for a specific category, you need to create (or duplicate) a Single Product layout and set its condition to Include > Product Categories > Your category, and remove the All Products rule.
This way, only products from that category will use that layout, while the rest keep the default one.

In reply to: Categories & sub categories
Hello,
Thanks for the clarification. You’re right — WooCommerce/WoodMart don’t natively allow replacing a product category with a normal WordPress page.
If you ever want to avoid redirects, you can also design the category archive with WoodMart layouts to better match your site.

01. Navigate to Theme Settings > General > Sticky Navigation and add the custom title.

02. The Mega Electronics demo uses custom layouts for archive pages:
- One layout is applied to all archive pages by default.
- The other three layouts are assigned to specific categories.
Since your store is just starting and you want a simpler structure, you have a few options:
a/ Use a single layout for all categories
You can assign one custom layout to all archive pages. This will simplify the structure and keep the category pages uniform.
b/ Use the native WooCommerce archive layout
If you prefer a really simple setup, you can switch to “No custom layout” for archive pages. WooCommerce will then display categories and products using the default layout, without the extra sections from the demo.
c/ Customize an existing layout
You can edit one of the custom layouts and remove sections you don’t need, keeping only the elements essential for your store.
Further, you can read more about the Layout Builder here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/
03. The Retail demo uses a default archive layout, if you are using mega electrics demo, Navigate to layouts and disable all the archive layout and check how it works.

Maybe you are using custom layouts for a single product page, which is why it is not working. Navigate to Layouts > edit single product page layout, and add the Product dynamic discount table widget to show it.
Further, you can read more about the Layout Builder here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/
The built-in Dynamic Discounts feature in WoodMart works at the single product or variation level only. It does not support combining quantities from multiple products within the same category to trigger one shared discount rule.
Please follow this guide how it works: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/dynamic-discounts/

In reply to: Category description
Hello,
The first part (Products > Categories > Description) is where you write the content for each category. That content exists, but it won’t automatically appear unless your layout has a widget to display it.
Since your demo uses Custom WooCommerce Builder layouts, you need to add the “Archive Description” widget to your category/archive layout:
1. Navigate to Layouts > Edit Product Archive Layout in your dashboard.
2. Add the “Archive Description” widget to the layout where you want the category description to appear.
3. Save the layout. Now, the description you wrote for each category will show automatically on the frontend. This way, each category’s description will be displayed according to the layout you’ve set.
