Where is the option in the edit product to add “Best Seller” ?

Be sure that you have some complete orders to be sure that you really have best seller products.

Currently, there is no option to select Best Sellers products, it will appears automatically.
You can select specific products via List of IDs sources.

According to the screenshots, you did not put price for products, please try to put products and double check.

Some products are out of stock, and these products have no price, so please make them align as it is not looking professional.

I want to remove this popup, and there is no HTML Block for this popup. How can I remove this pop-up?

1. You can disable the promo popup from Theme Settings > General > PROMO POPUP > turn off Enable promo popup option.
2. To edit the promo popup, under Content section, you can click edit with page builders to edit the content.
