In order to disable the pre-footer, you need to clear it from any content in the Theme Settings > Footer > scroll to the pre-footer are, set “Text” and remove all.

You can clear the pre-footer for the product page only by means of the Theme presets: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/theme-settings-presets/

Most likely you have set the custom header for the product page, please provide your login URL so that I could check deeper.

Hello,

You have set the default as the custom header in two of three products.

You can set one custom header globally – one and the same header for products in the Theme Settings > Single products: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/product-page-options/

There is also an option to set the individual header for every product in the product page settings: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/product-page-local-settings/

Your default header has an overlap feature, that is not appropriate for the product page.

You need to clone your default header: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/create-new-headers-with-header-builder/

Disable overlap:https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/how-to-enable-header-overlap/

And set it for the product page in the Theme Settings > Single product.
