    Hi team,

I need some of your help in optimizing site performance:-

    1) https://prnt.sc/DieUhR-oY-6M; What does this setting do? For me enabling and disabling this option doesn’t affect loading font awesome scripts. So can you explain what it does when selecting ALWAYS USE or DON’T USE?

    2) https://prnt.sc/PZoKbapkaSqo ; is that only related to WP-ROCKET plugin? What if we are using delay JS in other cache plugins? Do we have any list of exclusions for any other cache plugin as well, e.g., Perfmatters or Litespeed Cache plugin?

    Thanks!

    Hello,

    1. That option works when the Elementor or WPB is enabled on the site, also it does not turn off font awesome, just gives the ability to always have a connected font awesome on the page.

    2. Yep, it works only with the WP Rocket plugin. In general, I suggest you read our article about site optimization: https://xtemos.com/wordpress-performance-optimization-the-ultimate-guide-in-2021/ , also you can see there all files that the “WP Rocket delay JS exclusions” option includes: https://take.ms/1nDKj

    Kind Regards

    HI,

    1) So it means with that option, we are just forcing the FONT AWESOME to always load or not always load and load only when needed?

    2) I think JS delay exclusion list is not updated, I enabled JS delay with all the exclusions mentioned in the post, but I saw the single product thumbnail navigation was not loading, see https://prnt.sc/5vLgZaRCqYnW

    Thanks!

    Hello,

    1. Yep, if some default element needs a font awesome, then the font awesome will be connected regardless of the option.

    2. The list is actual, on my side, it works well at the moment: https://gyazo.com/de29ffdf32a3239401f0ff0990bc33ee

So let me know if you have fixed it.

    Kind Regards

    Hi,

    2) Because it was not working, so I turned the JS delay off, so right now, you have checked with JS delay OFF. I would request you to please update the article for the current situation 🙂

Also, we use CSS delay with UNUSED CSS, but some styling issues appear, so if there were a guide for JS/CSS exclusion from delay, that would be great.

    Thanks!

    Hello,

Please send access to the admin panel so we can enable the JS delay option and investigate the issue.

Looking forward to hearing back from you!

    Kind Regards
