Problem with category

Hi,
I installed the theme using the demo version.
Can you guide me how to change the category’s name beside the search?
And, how can I create the effect when I browse the category as the demo version?

1. This search shows the categories menu generated automatically based on all categories in the shop. It is not possible to manage this menu as other WordPress menus.

Hi, Thank you very much.
I create a new category “Home and Garden” with 2 small category.
Then, I create a new HTML Block using the shortcode you provided.
After that, I add the “html_block id” to the category “Home and Garden”.
But nothing changes. Is there anything wrong in these steps?
