    Dear Woodmart Support Team,

I am writing to seek your assistance with a few issues I am currently facing on my website using the Woodmart theme. Below are the details of the problems:
    —————
    1. Banner Image Quality on Mobile Devices:
The banner images appear with low quality on mobile devices, even though they look perfect on desktop. I have attached a screenshot showing the issue on mobile. Could you please guide me on how to optimize the banner images for mobile devices to ensure they display with the same high quality as on desktop?
    —————
    2. Product Filters on Shop Page:
I would like to enhance the filtering options on the shop page. Currently, I am unable to fully control the filters for attributes such as:

    Colors

    Categories

    Tags

    Price range

Although these filters are available, there seems to be an issue with their functionality and customization. Could you please provide guidance on how to properly configure and control these filters?
    —————
    3. Free Shipping Bar Settings:
My website offers free shipping worldwide, but for the United States, free shipping is only available for orders above $75. I would like to:

Display a free shipping bar only for the United States, encouraging customers to reach the $75 threshold.

Keep free shipping unconditional for all other countries.

Could you please advise on how to implement this specific free shipping bar for the United States while maintaining the current free shipping policy for other countries?
    —————
I would greatly appreciate your prompt assistance with these issues. Please let me know if you need any additional information, access details, or screenshots to investigate further.

    Thank you for your support!

    Hello,

    01. Try to add separate background images to control the size of the Slider per device.
Navigate to Slides > Edit Slide > In the bottom of the slide check the slide settings for different devices.
    https://ibb.co/9bpLVTr

Please read our detailed documentation for help:
    https://xtemos.com/docs-cat/woodmart-slider/?theme=woodmart

    02. Navigate to Appearance > Widgets >Add the Filter Widgets (Color, Categories, Tags, Price Range) to the shop page widget area. Ensure that attributes like Colors, Categories, and Tags are properly assigned to products.
    Please follow this guide: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/widgets-and-sidebars/

    03. Unfortunately, there is no such option by default. You need to find a third-party plugin to achieve more functionality that best suits you.

Thank you for your previous responses. I still need assistance with the following issues:

    1. Product Filters on Shop Page:
I followed the instructions to add the filter widgets (Color, Categories, Tags, Price Range) to the shop page widget area. However, I am still facing issues with the functionality and customization of these filters. Specifically:

The filters do not display correctly or are not filtering products as expected.

I am unable to fully control how the filters are applied or displayed on the shop page.

Could you please provide more detailed guidance or assist me in resolving these issues?

    2. Free Shipping Bar Settings:
I understand that the theme does not support this functionality by default. However, I am unsure which third-party plugin can achieve the following:

Display a free shipping bar only for the United States, encouraging customers to reach the $75 threshold.

Maintain unconditional free shipping for all other countries.

Could you please recommend a specific plugin or provide guidance on how to implement this feature? If there is no direct solution, is there a way to customize the theme or use custom code to achieve this?

I would greatly appreciate your assistance in resolving these issues. If necessary, I can provide access to the website for further investigation.

    Thank you for your support!

    Best regards,

Regarding the Product Filters on Shop Page issue, could you please provide a short video tutorial demonstrating how to properly configure and control the filters (Colors, Categories, Tags, Price Range)? A visual guide would be very helpful to resolve this issue.

    Thank you!

    Hello,

    01. I have added the widgets on your site in the shop page widget area. Check back your site and check the issue.

For the product attributes in the sidebar, you need to add the attributes to your products, and the widget will display them as expected in sthe idebar

    02. Unfortunately, there is no such option by default. You need to find a third-party plugin to achieve more functionality that best suits you.

We are unable to provide such recommendations as we have not officially tested such plugins with WoodMart.
    Thanks for understanding our limitations.

    Best Regards,

Product Color Filter & Button Translation Issues

    1. Product Color Filter Display
The color filter on the shop page currently displays only color names (text) rather than visual color circles/swatches. I’ve attached two reference images:

    Image 1: Current text-only display

Image 2: Desired visual color swatch display

Could you please guide me on how to enable the visual color swatch functionality?

    2. “BUY NOW” Button Translation
I’ve been unable to change the “BUY NOW” button text to Arabic (“اشتري الآن”). This button appears on product pages.

I’d greatly appreciate a detailed solution or screen-recorded tutorial for either issue. Thank you for your continued support.

    Hello,

    01. Navigate to Products > Attributes > Configure term value of attribute > disable the text swatch and enable the option “Color swatch”.

    Please check this manual: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/variable-products-and-swatches/

    02. Please use the Loco Translate plugin on your site. After installing the plugin, please navigate to Loco >> Themes >> Woodmart >> Edit the translation that you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.

Also, please navigate to Loco >> Plugins >> Woocommerce >> Edit the translation that you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it.

Also, please navigate to Loco >> Plugins >> Woodmart-Core >> Edit the translation that you are using for the site >> Click the Sync button >> Find the words and add the translation for them and save it: https://wordpress.org/plugins/loco-translate/

    Note:

    1. Custom (recommended)
    2. This is Loco’s protected folder under “wp-content/languages/loco/” which is safe from automatic updates and provides priority over the above locations.

    https://localise.biz/wordpress/plugin/manual/msginit?utm_medium=plugin&utm_campaign=wp&utm_source=admin&utm_content=plugin-msginit#order

If this folder doesn’t exist, you may need to create it and ensure it has the correct permissions.

Thank you for your previous assistance. However, I’m still facing critical issues that require your expertise:

    1. Color Filter Display Inconsistency
Color filters display correctly as visual swatches on individual product pages

On the Shop/All Products page, they only appear as text labels (not color circles)

Attached: Updated screenshots showing both displays (Correct vs. Current)

    2. Unresolved “BUY NOW” Translation
Followed suggested translation methods using Loco Translate

Cannot locate the “Woodmart-Core” string mentioned in your instructions

    Attached: Screenshot showing untranslated buttons

    Urgent Request:
As I previously shared website access credentials, could you please:

Directly implement the color swatch functionality on the Shop page

Manually adjust the button translations where standard methods failed

Thank you for your prompt attention.

    Hello,

    01. Your issue has been resolved. You need to use the woodmart woocommerce layered nav widget for product attributes. I have added the widget in the shop page widget area and choose the attributes “colors” and it is working fine.
    See Screenshot for clarification:
    https://ibb.co/ZRcKh9wP

    02. You can easily translate the words from Loco >> Themes >> Edit the Arabic Langauge translation >> find the words and translate them: https://ibb.co/Sw9rsKSt

    I hope you’re doing well.

I recently completed designing my website using the staging environment provided by Hostinger. Everything was working perfectly on the staging version. However, after publishing the new design to replace the old live website, the site now appears different from what I had designed.

The layout and design elements are not displaying correctly, even after clearing the cache. I followed all the standard steps for publishing, but something seems to have gone wrong during the process.

To better illustrate the issue, I’ve attached two screenshots:

One showing the homepage as it appeared on the staging site

One showing the homepage after publishing to the live site.

Could you please help me understand what went wrong and how to fix it so the live website looks the same as the staging version?

Thank you very much for your support.

    Hello,

This kind of issue typically occurs when some settings, theme configurations, or Elementor styles don’t carry over correctly from the staging environment to the live site.

You can follow this step-by-step guide to migrate your WordPress site from a test domain to a live domain:
    https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-move-wordpress-from-local-server-to-live-site/

Thank you for your previous assistance. However, I’m still facing critical issues that require your expertise.

Free Multilingual Solution Compatible with Woodmart Theme
I need to add English as a second language to my Arabic website using the Woodmart theme.

    Key Requirements:
Must be a free solution (cannot use premium plugins like WPML)
    Must maintain the theme’s design/layout
    Should be user-friendly

    My Experience:
Previously used TranslatePress – Multilingual on my old site
Currently using Loco Translate for string translations (as you recommended)

    Questions:
What is the best free multilingual plugin that:
    Works perfectly with Woodmart?

Please advise on the safest way to implement this without affecting:
    Site performance
    User experience

    Thank you for your guidance.

I’m experiencing an issue with the Promo Popup:

    Changes Made:

    Replaced the popup image

    Modified text via HTML Blocks

    Issue:

Changes are not visible on frontend

    Already performed:
✓ Cleared all cache (Purge the cache)
    ✓ Checked on multiple devices/browsers

    Request:

Please advise how to force the popup to update
    Best regards,

    Hello,

    01. I kindly recommend you use the WPML plugin because WoodMart is fully compatible with WPML and Loco Translate.

    https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/theme-translation/
    https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/how-to-make-woodmart-multilingual-with-wpml/

But there are several free translation plugins available for multilingual functionality in WordPress. But it is not the recommended or fully compatible plugin with WoodMart.

    Here are some:
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/polylang/
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/translatepress-multilingual/

    02. Please share your live Site WP-ADMIN Login details in the Private Content field, where the changes are not saved, so that we can check this concern on your Site and give you a possible solution.

    Best Regards,
