otolontryolonParticipantHello,
We had a license issue with our theme. We repurchased your theme, but it cloned over the old theme without any settings or preview. All the extra CSS and theme customizations we had made were overwritten. Moreover, we just activated the theme, and the license was automatically activated. Actually, the previous license was problematic, and we did not install the new theme license either. Could you assist us with this issue?
Best regards.

otolontryolonParticipantAdditionally, your theme came in English, and we couldn’t translate it into Turkish. It was in Turkish before, but now there seems to be a system-related issue. Could you assist us with this matter?

otolontryolonParticipantAt the same time, some design elements on the site have been broken, and I don’t understand why. Also, some plugins seem to have been reactivated. Could you help us with this issue?

otolontryolonParticipantAdditionally, we use a different design for the homepage on mobile. However, after a while, the mobile interface appears on the desktop version due to caching, and some elements like the header seem to be missing. We have also licensed the theme, but we still don’t understand why this issue persists. Could you help us with this matter?

otolontryolonParticipantBy the way, we initially got the license from a friend, but we canceled it and purchased a new and original license from ThemeForest. With the previous license, we couldn’t receive updates, and it was probably a cracked version. Now, even though we have installed the original license, some issues persist.
Despite installing the official license, we noticed that some features are still not functioning properly. The setup wizard screens did not appear, and there was no child theme included. Additionally, even though we completely deleted the old theme, we suspect that some residual files might still be causing issues. Some parts of the theme still seem to act as if they are unlicensed, and certain plugins have automatically reactivated. This has raised concerns for us.
Could you assist us with this matter?

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
1. Please check our articles on how to translate the theme – https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/theme-translation/
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/translate-woodmart-theme-with-loco-translate/
2. The non-activated theme cannot influence the content on the site, it just gives the ability to update the theme to the latest version.
The child theme can be uploaded from here – https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/setup-child-theme/
Also, send some screenshots for a better understanding of what is wrong with the content.
Kind Regards

otolontryolonParticipantHello,
Our biggest issue is that the mobile layout appears on the desktop version of the homepage. When this happens, the header disappears on the desktop view. This issue occurs frequently throughout the day.
Could you help us resolve this problem?
Thank you.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
In this case, send access to the admin panel so I can look closer at the issue. Also, send me some screenshots of the issue.

otolontryolonParticipantHello,
Our biggest issue is that the mobile layout appears on the desktop version of the homepage. When this happens, the header disappears on the desktop view, and this problem frequently occurs throughout the day.
Additionally, our website has a serious caching issue. For example, in this screenshot, the badge appears much smaller than its actual size. However, when the site cache is cleared, it returns to its original size. This issue happens frequently and affects every product page as well, making it seem like a general problem. Could you please check the website thoroughly? If necessary, we can completely remove the theme and restore it from the database, as there are many issues, and taking screenshots repeatedly is not a sustainable solution.
Could you assist us with this matter?
Thank you.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
1. Add the “!important ” value for your custom CSS – https://prnt.sc/C_x5RX_F4NPo
https://developer.mozilla.org/en-US/docs/Web/CSS/important
Then check how it works.
2. Disable this https://prnt.sc/IT2vQpLAmF3n option in Theme Settings, clear the cache and check how the header works.

otolontryolonParticipantHello,
I have made the changes you suggested, and the badge issue is now resolved. However, the mobile version of the site is still loading on desktop. As shown in this link, even adjusting the DOM did not help.
Note: I hid the banner on the mobile site and tested it to see if it loads properly on the desktop version. However, the banner completely disappears on the desktop. Additionally, the product listings below are also limited as if they are following the mobile layout.
Do you have any other possible solutions for this? Could you please assist us with this issue?
Thank you.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
The thing is that the Mobile version HTML Block and Mobile dom Optimization will not work if the cache plugin doesn’t support a separate caching for mobile devices. If you want to use those options, you need to use the WP Rocket plugin which supports a separate cache or any other plugin that supports it. In your case, the LightSpeed cache plugin doesn’t have such an option.

otolontryolonParticipantHello,
If LiteSpeed is not working properly, let’s disable the mobile view. It seems like you are currently working on the page. Could you notify us once you’re done?
Thank you.

Luke NielsenKeymasterHello,
I just forgot to close the tab with the opened page on the backend.
Let me know if you have any additional questions.
