In reply to: Brand name in text above the product title
Hello,
Firstly, for the available options related to the Brands under the theme, you can go to Dashboard > Theme Settings > Shop > Brands > there you can find the options related to Brand: https://snipboard.io/Qv8Hfx.jpg
Further, for the specific change related to Brand that you’re mentioning that wouldn’t be possible with the default layout for the Single Product page so you might want to check out the Theme’s Layout Builder to create Custom Layout for the Single Product page and in that you can move elements to your choice of place. Here is the guide to the Layout Builder: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/single-product-page-builder/
Moreover, you can read more about the Layout Builder here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/
Hope this helps !

In reply to: Erro The Content
Hello,
Sorry for the inconvenience but as you know the default layout of the Shop or Category page comes from WooCommerce end and isn’t directly editable with the Page Builder plugins because WooCommerce doesn’t allow it to do so.
But under the WoodMart Theme, using the Theme’s Layout Builder you can create Custom Layouts for WooCommerce pages like Shop, Category, Single Product page, Cart and Checkouts. So, you can use that to create your own custom layouts for these pages.
Further, you can read more about the Layout Builder here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/
Best Regards.
Hello,
You need to click on the Edit Conditions button available to check the Condition(s) defined for the certain layout to know which Layout is applied to which Category or Shop page. Like it is shown here in the following image: https://snipboard.io/SmvCIX.jpg
Further, you can read more about the Layout Builder here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/

In reply to: Slider Above product description
Hello,
It seems that on your Site, you have the Custom Layout for the Archive page enabled, which is why things are appearing that way.
So, you can once go to Dashboard > Layouts > there edit the Layout (related to Archive) with the page builder plugin active on your Site > in that Layout you can move the elements to your choice of position including the Category Description or the Categories Slider section.
Here is the guide to the Theme’s Layout Builder, hope this helps: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/
If you are unable to do it yourself, then please share your Site WP-ADMIN Login details in the Private Content field so that we can check this concern on your Site and help you out accordingly.

In reply to: Adding another section below the tabs
Hello,
In this case, you should build the product page via Layouts, it will allow you to define appropriate elements per your needs.
Please read our article on how to use it:
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/

In reply to: Category Thumbnails on /shop page
Hello,
1. It is because that layout page has an appropriate condition, therefore changes are on all archive pages.
2. If you want to create your own Shop page, you need to use Layouts, here is an article about that.
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/
3. At the moment, I see there the price filter but in general, the Shop page cannot be created from Dashboard -> Pages. https://prnt.sc/6HRLhySzGiJq
Let me know if you have any questions, I’d be happy to answer them.

In reply to: Shop Filters Display
Hello,
For the Filters Widget WOODMART WooCommerce Layered Nav, there is an option available named as Show on Category > in that you can select your choice of Category and the Filter will then show on that specific Category page: https://snipboard.io/cKGYJa.jpg
And regarding not showing the Filters on the Shop page only as you have only Categories there > you can try creating a Custom Layout specifically for the Shop page by going to the Dashboard > Layouts > and in that you don’t need to add Sidebar and you will not get to see the Filters there for the Shop page. Here is the guide related to Layout Builder: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/
Hope this helps !

In reply to: Problem with Sort by in product archives
Hello,
Sorry for the earlier misunderstandings.
So, we have thoroughly checked this concern on your Site.
Firstly, a third-party Plugin on your Site named “Extra Product Sorting Options for WooCommerce” was causing the conflict, so we deactivated that on your Site.
Further, you had a specific Template made for the Category pages under the Elementor Template Library which is why certain things were appearing on the Category pages and others weren’t.
So, we removed the Condition from those templates and then checked back the mentioned Category pages, the Sort options were appearing fine by then: https://snipboard.io/cRk39T.jpg
So, these were the things which were causing the issue in this regard.
Further, if you want to create Custom Layouts for Archive pages then you can use the Theme’s Layout Builder if you want. Here is the guide to that: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/
Hope this helps !
Best Regards.
In reply to: Error when i change the show
Hello,
Actually, you are using the Demo Accessories on your Site in which there are some certain Custom Layouts by default created under the Dashboard > Layouts > along with the conditions defined for the Archive pages including the Search result page too which is why th Pagination wasn’t showing the result like it should. So, we turn off the Layouts related to Archive pages on your Site and then check back the concern again. The Pagination was then working fine and showing the Products on the pagination selection.
Please check back your Site after completely clearing the browser and server cache.

In reply to: Single Product Pages – Global HTML Block
Hello,
Sorry to say but it wouldn’t be directly possible as you know the default Single Product page layout comes from WooCommerce end.
But you can use the Theme’s Layout Builder to create Custom Layouts for the Single Product page > and in that Layout you can remove the Add to cart element > and add your HTML Block in place of that.
Here is the Guide to that: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/single-product-page-builder/
Further, you can read more about the Layout Builder here:
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/Hope this helps !

Hello,
We are really Sorry for the earlier misunderstanding in this regard.
So, the change that you mentioned you want to achieve could be possible by using the Theme’s Layout Builder. Using the Theme’s Layout Builder under the Dashboard > Layouts > you can create a Custom Layout for Product archive or Single Product whichever you like > and in that Layout you don’t have to add Cart Form element through which the Add to Cart button along with Quantity shows > after you have made the Layout, you can save it and add the Condition on it for the specific Brand that you are mentioning.
Please see the following Video for reference to know about this: https://www.veed.io/view/b3e33bd9-0f8b-409d-b42a-41552b6cd2b8

In reply to: Implement 2 functions I have seen on Shopify
Hello,
Firstly, sorry to say but your referenced Site that you have shared isn’t using the WoodMart Shopify Theme, it is using some other Theme named as “Focal”.
For the first concern in this regard, as you know the Archive pages come from WooCommerce end so there isn’t a direct way possible to add such an image in between the Products.
Although, using the Theme’s Layout Builder under the Dashboard > Layouts > you can create Custom Layouts for these pages and put your choice of content there. Here is the guide to that: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/
For the second concern, to change the Layout of the Quick View on your Site from the available options you can navigate to the Dashboard > Theme Settings > Shop > Quick view > there you can find the Layout as well as other options: https://xtemos.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/quick-view-wd-7.jpg
The sliding effect for the Quick view wouldn’t be possible right now unfortunately. For that you can try out any third party Plugin that best suits your needs at your own risk because we haven’t tested any Plugin yet for this sort of functionality.
Hope this helps !
Best Regards.
Hello,
Sorry for the earlier misunderstandings in this regard.
The default layouts of the Archive pages including the Shop and Category pages and the Single Product page as well come from the WooCommerce end and they aren’t editable with the page builder plugins like Elementor or WPBakery from WooCommerce by default.
But under the WoodMart Theme, you can create Custom Layouts for these pages using the Theme’s Layout Builder. Here is the guide to that:
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/single-product-page-builder/Also, you can specifically edit the Product Descriptions with the page builder editors too if you want: https://nimb.ws/bnR7to
Hope this helps!

In reply to: frequently bought together not working
Hello,
On your Site, under the Dashboard > Layouts > there is a Custom Layout enabled for the Single Product page. So, if the Custom Layout is enabled then the Theme Settings options don’t take effect because the Layout takes precedence.
So, you need to edit the Custom Layout and add elements in that if the ones are missing from the Single Product page: https://snipboard.io/6NMWo3.jpg, https://snipboard.io/MAnDgY.jpg
Further, you can read more about the Custom Layout Builder here:
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/single-product-page-builder/
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/Best Regards.
In reply to: moving HTML boxes
Hello,
If you have multiple HTML Blocks specifically and different for different Products then we would suggest you to try using the Theme’s Layout Builder to create Custom Single Product Layouts for Products because using that you can your own choice of content for Products at your choice of place including HTML Blocks too.
Here is the guide to that: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/single-product-page-builder/
Further you can read more about Layout Builder here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/
Hope this helps !
Best Regards
Hello,
Actually, under the Dashboard > Layouts > there you can find the Custom Layout created for the Single Product page enabled which is why the Theme Settings options aren’t taking effect on it.
If the Layout is enabled then the Theme Settings options don’t take effect except for the options which are global ones.
So, if you are persistent to use the Custom Layout then you need to add the Brand element in that Custom Layout and if you don’t want to use the Custom Layout then we have currently turned it off on your Site and now the Brand element shows on the Single Product page.
You can read more about the Custom Layout Builder here:
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/single-product-page-builder/
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/Best Regards.
In reply to: Advanced variations
Hello,
Sorry to say but that design and style for Variation doesn’t come directly from Theme end. It might be achieved through some third party Plugin.
Although, there are some predefined Custom Layouts for the Products available under the Dashboard > Layouts > which you can make use of for the Single Product pages. Like here is one of the example from the latest Mega Electronics Demo: https://woodmart.xtemos.com/mega-electronics/product/apple-macbook-pro-16-m1-pro-2/
You can read more about the Theme’s Layout Builder here:
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/single-product-page-builder/
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/Regarding the Cart Strap that you are referring to, is the Sticky Add to Cart which can be enabled for the Single Product page under the Dashboard > Theme Settings > Single Product > Add to cart > there you can enable the Sticky add to cart: https://snipboard.io/KervLF.jpg
It previews like this on the Single Product page: https://woodmart.xtemos.com/theme-settings-tooltips/sticky-add-to-cart.gif
Further, if you apply the following Custom CSS on your Site under the Dashboard >> Theme Settings >> Custom CSS >> Global CSS section:
.wd-sticky-btn { transform: none !important; }
This will make the Sticky Add to Cart to stick to the strap always like you referenced.
Hope this helps !
Best Regards.

In reply to: Products grid – Show only “In stock” products
Hello,
The change that you are asking for a specific thing couldn’t directly be possible as we are assuming right now. Although, the Theme has its own Layout Builder which you can use to create Custom Layout for the Archive pages on your Site including Shop, Category, Single Product, Cart and Checkout pages. Here is the guide to that: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/
One thing in this regard is that, when you are on the Shop page if the sidebar has the Stock Status widget added and when you click that it generates a certain URL in the address bar on the basis of the In Stock or Backorder selected. Like this URL is from our Test Site:
https://blackpearlspro.com/woodmart_support/shop/?stock_status=instock (IN STOCK)
https://blackpearlspro.com/woodmart_support/shop/?stock_status=onbackorder (BACKORDER)So, an alternative in this regard that you can try is, do the same on the Shop page of your Site i.e. add Stock Status widget in the Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets > Shop page Widget Area.
Then on the Shop page preview, click on In Stock first and copy the URL in the address bar generated. Do the same for the Backorder then. After that you can add a Menu Item in your Header with the Menu Item name of your choice and use those URLs in that Menu Item > and then when you click on those Menu Items you will be redirected to the page where you can get to see the In Stock and Backorder Products respectively.
Hope this helps !

In reply to: delivery time to display
Hi,
You have 2 ways for displaying delivery time.
1. Create the product page via Layout builder (Dashboard -> Layouts).
Here is our documentation on how to use Layout builder:
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/2. Or by using theme presets, please navigate to Theme Settings and create a theme preset as on the below screenshot.
Also, here is our documentation about Theme presets:

In reply to: Add thumbnails as products
Hello,
Sorry to say but there isn’t such functionality available right now to do for the Archive pages as you know these pages come from WooCommerce end so these Pages aren’t editable with the page builder plugins.
Although, if you want to create Custom Layouts for the Archive pages (including Shop & Category pages) then you can use the Theme’s Layout Builder to do that. Here is the guide to that: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/

Hello,
Sorry to say but we forgot to mention an alternative way around.
If you are using the default WooCommerce layout for the Single Product page then it wouldn’t be possible to move the location of the Free Shipping Bar.
But if you have created the Custom Layout for the Single Product page under the Dashboard > Layouts > then in that you can use the Shipping Bar element to your choice of position. Please see this image for reference: https://snipboard.io/TqLx9F.jpg
Further, you can read more about the Custom Layouts under the WoodMart Theme here:

In reply to: WHY NOT TRANSLATE ARBIC
Hello,
1- As I already told you that you are using the custom layout for the checkout and cart pages: https://ibb.co/q59fpwK So you have to edit them and change the text inside the layout: https://ibb.co/vDXTx0Y
2- Sorry to say but the pages that come from the WooCommerce end aren’t editable with the page builder plugins. It is by default from the WooCommerce end.
But under the WoodMart Theme, you can use its Layout Builder to create Custom Layouts for the Shop, Category, Single Product, Cart & Checkout pages and then apply those Layouts to the mentioned pages.
Here is the guide to that: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/
Best Regards.
In reply to: Specific errors
Hello,
If you want to edit the Shop page, you should do it via Dashboard -> Layouts. Just a simple page with some content from the page builder will not work as a Shop page, you can be sure of that by checking the same issue on the default theme.
So the conclusion is that you need to create a custom Shop page via Dashboard -> Layouts.

In reply to: Template
Hi,
The Canvas Page Template removes your Header and Footer and Sidebars.
The full width page template allows you to override the default page width and use a full width design on any theme. This is a powerful addition to our theme that allows you to create custom layouts for your shop page, single product page, cart, and checkout with WPBakery or Elementor page builder.
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/Here is the documentation:
https://elementor.com/help/features/layout/Best Regards.
Hello,
Sorry to say but it isn’t directly possible with the default WooCommerce layout for the Category pages but using the Theme’s Layout Builder you can create Custom Category page layouts and in that you can add Banners or Blocks to your required position. You can read more about it here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/

In reply to: Problems for Mega Electronics Theme
Hello,
1- Under the Mega Electronics demo, there is a Layout enabled for the Single Product page so you need to go to Dashboard > Layouts > there edit the Single Product Layout > in that you can find a Inner Section added with Image or SVG, Section Title and Text Block elements > there you can edit these elements to configure this: https://snipboard.io/3TMRlm.jpg
2 & 4- As we mentioned above that a Custom Single Product Layout is enabled in this new Demo, so you will find all these mentioned things in that Layout to change and configure accordingly: https://snipboard.io/5lpkWO.jpg
3- Regarding the Reviews element, it is also added under the Custom Product Layout so you can find some options there to configure: https://snipboard.io/0hP4ic.jpg
Further, you can more options related to Reviews under the Dashboard > Theme Settings > Single Product > Reviews: https://snipboard.io/1BiIyw.jpg
