In reply to: Best practice: Fashion Store and Gender (Man/Woman)
Hello,
The best way in this regard is certainly the one by creating Product Categories separately for “Men” and “Women” ones because to make the Filters work for these Categories, you would certainly need Archive pages i.e. Shop or Category pages. In your regard, it would be Category pages.
Regarding the Back Button concern, sorry to say but this is the default thing at WooCommerce end that if you have opened a certain Product page from Category pages and you click on back button it redirects to the last opened page. Right now this can’t be changed because there isn’t a separate option available for it.
Although, you can create Custom Layouts for the Categories that you will create using the Theme’s Layout Builder. Here is the guide to that if you want to know: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/
One more thing, under the Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Product Catalog > Shop page display and Category page display can be set Categories and Subcategories respectively if you want: https://snipboard.io/DeYv7V.jpg
In this way those Category pages that you will create will show Subcategories when visited.
Hope this will be of any help to you !
Best Regards.

Hello,
Also, you can create a new custom layout for the shop page and add the banner on it.
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/Now the sidebar filters are also showing on the layout after removing the site cache and update the theme and plugins on the site.

In reply to: Elementor can not edit shop page
Hello,
Sorry for the inconvenience but as you know the default layout of the Shop or Category page comes from WooCommerce end and isn’t directly editable with the Page Builder plugins because WooCommerce doesn’t allow it to do so.But under the WoodMart Theme, using the Theme’s Layout Builder you can create Custom Layouts for WooCommerce pages like Shop, Category, Single Product page, Cart and Checkouts. So, you can use that to create your own custom layouts for these pages.
Further, you can read more about the Layout Builder here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/

In reply to: Single Product Page Alignment
Hello,
1- If you want to hide all the Product metas i.e. Categories, Tags or SKUs then you need to navigate to the Dashboard > Theme Settings > Single Product > Elements > Meta > there you can find the option of Hide > just select it: https://snipboard.io/1N9m6E.jpg
If you specifically want to hide only the SKU then you need to apply the following Custom CSS on your Site and paste it to Dashboard >> Theme Settings >> Custom CSS >> Global CSS section:
.summary-inner .product_meta .sku_wrapper { display: none !important; }
2- To hide the Additional Information tab on your Site, please try using the below Custom CSS code and paste it to Dashboard >> Theme Settings >> Custom CSS >> Global CSS section:
#tab-title-additional_information { display: none !important; }
3- Sorry to say but there isn’t a separate or specific option available to move the Tabs location under the default Single Product layout. So, the best way possible in this regard is to use the Theme’s Layout Builder to create a Custom Single Product Layout and in that you can place the Tabs element to your choice of position. Here is the guide about the Single Product layout: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/single-product-page-builder/
Further, you can read more about the Layout Builder here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/
The Bar that you are referencing is the WooCommerce Store Notice Bar, which you can find under the Dashboard > Appearance > Customize > WooCommerce > Store Notice > there you can find the checkbox to disable it: https://snipboard.io/9sJitA.jpg

In reply to: Website search issue the product not shown
Hello,
Actually, you are using the Accessories Demo on your Site which has some Layouts already made under the Dashboard > Layouts > which is why the Layout of the Search result page is also coming through the Archive page layout enabled. So, you need to go to the said location of Dashboard > Layouts > there disable the Product archive related layouts and then check back your Search related concern. Hopefully, things will appear fine on your Site after disabling them.
Further, you can read more about the Layout Builder here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/
Hope this helps !

Hello,
Actually, you are using the Accessories Demo on your Site which has some Layouts already made under the Dashboard > Layouts > which is why the options selected under the Theme Settings aren’t working on the Single Product page: https://snipboard.io/lP1XV7.jpg
If you disable them then the Theme Settings options will work accordingly.
For the time being, we have turn off the Single Product layout and now the options work accordingly: https://snipboard.io/WfEqpP.jpg
You can read more about the Theme’s Layout Builder here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/
Regarding the Review Rate Count, there isn’t such an option available right now under the Theme. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope. Hope you can understand our limitations.

In reply to: Off canvas sidebar for Mobile is not working
Hello,
Sorry for the delay in the response.
We have thoroughly checked this concern on your Site and found out that you have created the Shop page with the builder, in that case the Theme Settings will not work and that is what is happening in your case because they are designed for an off-canvas sidebar, and with the builder there is no sidebar anymore, but there is an Elementor column in which widgets are added (https://prnt.sc/npN4w-bljKdw).
So, you will need to create your Shop page without the page builder first i.e. the default WooCommerce Shop page.
Then if you want to have Off-Canvas sidebar style for it then you can use the Theme’s Layout Builder to create a Custom Archive page layout and in that you can have that Off-Canvas sidebar style using the Role options available under the Elementor editor: https://prnt.sc/NgsbrCLXD_zT
Here is the guide to that: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/custom-off-canvas-sidebar/
Regarding the guide regarding creating Custom layout for the Archive pages, please check the following link: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/shop-page-builder/
Although, the guide screenshots in the above documentation link is of the WPBakery page builder but the same follows-up in Elementor editor as well.

In reply to: How Do I edit the product page layout?
Hello,
If you just want to have the shadow for the Product Summary block on your Site for the Product page then you need to go to Dashboard > Theme Settings > Single Product > Layout > enable the toggle button Add shadow to product summary block > and you are good to go: https://snipboard.io/6TjurA.jpg
Further, if you have the complete Single Product layout like this then you can try using the Theme’s Layout Builder to create Custom Single Product Layout on your Site for the Products. In which you can also select from some predefined layout or create your own: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/single-product-page-builder/
Further, you can check out more about the Layout Builder here:

In reply to: Dropdown for Category
Hello,
Unfortunately, the Page that you have referenced for the change is the WooCommerce Checkout page. The pages that come from WooCommerce are coming through a Shortcode generated by WooCommerce itself. So, having that sort of change there wouldn’t be possible right now. It might require a third party Plugin usage or a Customization level approach which is out of our Theme Support policy scope. Hope you can understand our limitations here.
Although, under the WoodMart Theme you can create custom layouts for the Cart and Checkout pages using the Theme’s Layout Builder. So, you can check that if it is of any use to you: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/checkout-page-builder/
You can read more about the Layout Builder here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/

In reply to: How to edit WooCommerce Cart page and Cash page?
Hello,
The Cart and Checkout pages come from WooCommerce Shortcodes by default, so you can’t use them directly with the Page Builder editors like Elementor or WPBakery.
But using the Theme’s Layout Builder, you can create your own Custom layouts for these pages too. Here is the guide related to the Layout Builder, please check that: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/
Further, right now it seems that you have already removed the Sidebar from the Cart page.

In reply to: Comment note text
Hello,
As you know the Review functionality by default comes from WooCommerce end so there isn’t a separate option available under the Theme related to them which you can use to add Note under the Reviews area. To access the available options related to Reviews under the Theme, you can go to Dashboard > Theme Settings > Single Product > there you can find Reviews > in that you can find the available options to configure:
https://xtemos.com/wp-content/uploads/2020/09/single-product-reviews-wd-7.jpgFurther, if you have created a Custom Single Product layout on your Site > then in that also for the Product Reviews element of the Theme there isn’t a separate option available to add Note under the Reviews but under the Custom layout you can add Text Block element of the Theme just below the Reviews element > and in that you can write the Text that you want: https://snipboard.io/wgLSVU.jpg

In reply to: I am facing some technical problems
Hello,
1- Actually for the Categories Menu dropdown effect on the Homepage, you can edit your Homepage with Gutenberg editor (i.e. simple edit) > in that you can find the Page Settings options > in that click on Header > there you can find the option of Open categories menu > you can disable that and the Categories Menu will work as collapsible like you want: https://snipboard.io/d1U6jQ.jpg
2- As far as we have checked this concern with the AJAX Search element added on the Homepage of your Site, it is appearing as Full Width on all viewports being added. Here is the following Video for reference in this regard: https://www.veed.io/view/96151de8-ac80-4e15-93e5-d5b84324ce8a
3- Actually, as you know the default Archive pages come from WooCommerce by default. So, you can’t edit them directly with the Page Builder plugins like Elementor or WPBakery.
But you can make use of the WoodMart Layout Builder to create Custom Archive pages layout including the Shop, Category, Single Product page, Cart and Checkout pages.
You can read more about it here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/

In reply to: Woodmart Acessories Theme Category Carousel
Hello,
Firstly, under the Accessories Demo there are predefined Layouts that comes with the Demo created, which you can find under the Dashboard > Layouts: https://snipboard.io/N4Zdyw.jpg
So, you need to edit those Layouts and make changes, one of the Layouts there is applied on your Shop page too which is named as Shop Accessories.
You can read more about the Layout Builder here:
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/So, the Page Title options will work when you turn those Layouts off under the same Dashboard > Layouts.
The Mobile Categories Menu is showing absolutely fine as selected under the Mobile Menu: https://snipboard.io/tey7j8.jpg

In reply to: Add to single product page
Hello,
Thanks for the love and appreciation 🙂
Actually, as you know the default Archive pages come from WooCommerce by default. So, you can’t edit them directly with the Page Builder plugins like Elementor or WPBakery. If you are using that for the Single Product pages on your Site then unfortunately that can’t be saved as a template. It is by default applicable for all Products.
But you can make use of the WoodMart Layout Builder to create Custom Archive pages layout including the Shop, Category, Single Product page, Cart and Checkout pages. Those can be saved as Templates on your Site.
You can read more about it here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/

In reply to: How do I replicate this page
Hello,
Did you try using the Theme’s Layout Builder in this regard?
Here is the link to its Guide: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/
Using the Layout Builder, you can create Custom Layouts for the Archive, Category, Single Product, Cart and Checkout pages specifically and globally.
Best Regards
In reply to: Redirect Buy now button
Hello,
Sorry to say but right now for the Buy Now button, there are only two Pages to select for its destination i.e. Cart and Checkout.
So, to achieve alternatively what you mentioned. You can create a Custom Single Product layout using the Theme’s Layout Builder which you can find under the Dashboard > Layouts.
Here is the Guide to that: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/single-product-page-builder/
Now, in that layout you add a simple Button there > name it Buy Now or whatever you like > then add required Page Link, that you want to add in it and then apply that Layout to a specific Product or all Products as per your choice.
In this way you can achieve what you want. Please refer to the following Video to get the idea about it:
https://www.veed.io/view/4c6c6a5f-b4b8-41eb-851e-94442e2357eeTo know more about the Layout Builder, please check out the following Guide:

In reply to: Change structure of product page
Hello,
You can easily change the structure of the product page by using our Layout builder (Dashboard -> Layouts). Here is documentation on how to use it:

Don’t hesitate to let me know if you need any further help or any other info.

Hello,
Firstly, we are glad that you liked our Theme. Thank you for that 🙂
Secondly, regarding the concern as you know the default Single Product page comes from WooCommerce by default so it doesn’t provide an option to add a Custom button on it.
But under the WoodMart Theme, you can create Custom Single Product layout using the Theme’s Layout Builder which you can find under the Dashboard > Layouts.
Here is the Guide to that: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/single-product-page-builder/
Now, in that layout you don’t need to add the Add to Cart button element and add a simple Button there with the required Link that you want to add and then apply that Layout to a specific Product. In this way you can achieve what you want. Please refer to the following Video to get the idea about it: https://www.veed.io/view/843e47a0-a4d1-421b-81d5-ad61d31880e2

In reply to: About single product page
Hello,
As you know, the Single Product page’s default Layout comes from WooCommerce which is not editable with the Page Builder plugins so it will be difficult to adjust in it.
We would suggest you to try using the Theme’s Layout Builder to create a Custom Single Product layout and in that you can move the position of different elements at your choice of place.
Please check out the following Documentation Guide in this regard:

In reply to: How to edit the shop page
Hello,
Sorry to say but the Shop page comes from WooCommerce by default, so you can’t edit it with the Page Builder plugin by default, it’s a restriction from WooCommerce end.
But under the WoodMart Theme you can make use of the Layout Builder to create your own custom Archive, Category, Single Product page, Cart and Checkout pages. Layouts can be created under the Dashboard > Layouts.
You can read more about the Guide here on the following link: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/

In reply to: Frequently Bought Together – Position
Hello,
As you know, the Single Product page’s default Layout comes from WooCommerce which is not editable with the Page Builder plugins so it will be difficult to adjust in it.
We would suggest you to try using the Theme’s Layout Builder to create a Custom Single Product layout and in that you can use the Frequently Bought Together (FBT) element at your choice of place.
Please check out the following Documentation Guide in this regard:
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/single-product-page-builder/You can read more about the Layout Builder here:
https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/Best Regards
Hello,
Sorry to say but this wouldn’t be possible to create a space here on the Category page through Custom CSS in such a manner that it would create a major difference between Subcategories and Products showing there because they are all set on a fixed Grid Layout and Column style which couldn’t easily be adjusted with the CSS.
So, we would suggest you to alternatively use the Theme’s Layout Builder to create a Custom Archive or Category page and then you can use the Categories and Product element there to show the Categories and Products upon your choice of position and place.
Here is the Guide related to the Layout Builder: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/
Hope this helps !
