After importing base dummy content, I encountered the below message and it seems Ajax elements has not been working on my website.

Hosting provider: HostGator

Hi again,
I fixed it.
So it seems
1. Elementor Pro installation prior to theme must have been the cause that gave me the Ajax Error on import
2. Error 403 was due to firewall of server, added as exception the error id I got from error log when getting the 403 error and now all pages work fine.

While you are at it,
I tried on demo subdomain,
copied from fresh pariselle.gr to demo.pariselle.gr database anbd files (theme was installed I had to activsate it only)
Install suggested plugins (Did not install WPBakery but Elementor)
Activate plugins
Set Elementor as default builder in Theme Settings
Import Demo Content (No Ajax error this time!)
Set “Fashion Minimalism” Demo Version
Still I get 403 forbidden on the “Home Fashion Minimalism” Page , no matter if it is set as front page or not.

Hallo, I have a fresh WP installation, then Installed Elementor, then your theme.

1. I got the message “Import AJAX problem. Please try import data manually.” when importing the dummy content.

2. Tried the “Fashion Misnimalism” theme and I can’t see the homepage, if i switch to base version it works. I get a 403 Forbidden error:
You don’t have permission to access /index.php on this server.
Apache Server at xxx.gr Port 443

Our store works with the Woodmart theme https://patisserieemily.fr/boutique/


Unfortunately the quick view function no longer works on the shop page when the Booking and appointment plugin is active. This is an important functionality of our store and we would very much appreciate if you could help us put it back on.


The console shows an error when clicking the quick view button (“en savoir plus/découvrir” on the boutique page), it seems the quick view module cannot be loaded (see attached file).

Do you know how to force the quick view module to load? I understand it might be a conflict in the AJAX codes of Woodmart and the BKAP plugin. Could it also be linked to the jQuery version?

We contacted with support, now no Ajax error has occur and data import successfully you can check the attached screenshot. Also we increase the upload media file size but nothing works. Still getting the blank pages with elementor errors, Please review. Thank You!

If you install it with IP, there is no problem.
But, the above error occurs when you install to a domain.

I updated my Woodmart theme to version 5.3.3.

I tried for another server and OS, but it continues to fail.
I tried CentOS7, CentOS8, Ubuntu16.04, Ubuntu 18.04 and so on.
It never succeeded.

When importing a theme to a shared hosting by 2%, an ajax error pops up. And as I understand it, the installation is not completed until the end, although it reaches 100%. When the page is refreshed, the install button is active again.

We are redesigning a webshop for a customer of ours. They previously had the Porto theme installed and on the new website, we are planning to use Woodmart. To let the process run smoothly, we have set-up a staging environment. But while importing the demo content, we run into an error. “Import AJAX problem. Try to disable all external plugins and check the problem with your hosting provider. If it will not help, contact our theme support for help.” We tried disabling plug-ins but it didn’t fix the problem. Could you help us out?

Update:

It finally moved from 1% and now is showing other error: “Import AJAX problem. Try to disable all external plugins and check the problem with your hosting provider. If it will not help, contact our theme support for help.”

It is running in a clean WordPress instalation I have not installed any other plugin rather than the required for the theme.

I have purchased your theme couple of hours ago but when I tried to install it from my WordPress it failed. Then I installed it from my Cpanel. But When I went to import base data it shows some “Ajax Error” and not imported all data properly. For your assistance, I am attaching some screenshots.
