Hello,
When importing the dummy content, this error appears “Import AJAX problem. Please try import data manually.”

Then continue configuring my site and when I want to edit the Header Builder it appears empty.
It seems that the files were not installed, and I don’t know that other dummy files were not installed.

Hi,

I have purchased the Woodmart template. I followed all the instructions from the documentations on theme installation accordingly.

While importing the base data it pauses at around 1-5% and shows an error message “Import Ajax Problem”, which affects the menus and low resolution images. Found the support thread in the forum https://xtemos.com/forums/search/import+ajax+error/ , but couldn’t find the solution.

I have attached few screenshots of the error.

Hi, I have installed the template with any problem but when I try to upload the dummy content I received an error: “Import AJAX problem. Please, try import data manually”

After this, all the images in the site are placeholders like a pine tree except some of them in the slide but with very low quality, is this normal?

I´ve include some screeen captures to show you the problem.

why in the template on the demo-site you have a Shop page for the template https://woodmart.xtemos.com/demo-travel/demo/travel/ but it is not in the downloadable example Travel. that would solve everything. all i need – is this template

Thank you for taking a look. However, when I clicked on Base import when I installed the theme – it said “Import AJAX Problem. Please, try import data manually.”

Was that error just temporary? I dont want to start with the website design if there is errors.

I just bought the woodmart theme and followed the exact steps in your documentation, however when I import the base data – it returns this error ” Import AJAX Problem. Please, try import data manually.” (Please see image attached below).

I have provided login details to my website. Please can you fix this issue. I do not have any third party plugins installed.

You might miss something or install the theme in an improper manner. Kindly read and follow the below documentation for an appropriate installation:

When importing the basic import, I get the attached error.

Dummy Content is imported but error was shown while importing base.
& Now when i go to revolution slider page on top right corner it shows error “Ajax Error”..

Same Problem… Google Speed sucks even with demo site… Tried reinsalling but still AJAX IMPORT PROBLEM… Would like help with this beacause your theme says is SEO optimized but no good speed… Which means no good SEO optimization. Please help me i like your theme but if its not good for SEO ill have to ask for refund.

While waiting for your reply, I went ahead and created a brand new staging environment (https://staging2.senecastudio.com/). This time, I deactivated all plugins, deleted all of my existing pages plus current theme, and then installed your theme (plus child), installed and activated all required and recommended plugins, and then finally performed the base demo/page install. After stalling at 1% again, I received the “Import AJAX problem. Please, try import data manually.” error (see screenshot). What is strange is after a long time of waiting the progress bar began moving along until 100% was reached and I received the following message:

“Base dummy content is successfully imported and installed. Now you can choose any version to apply its settings for your website or leave a default one. You are be able to switch to default version settings any time.”

It appears the import process worked this time since I see 120 pages have been added (unlike last time which only about 12 were imported). However, I still don’t see a Cart or Checkout page and don’t know what to select in the advanced WooCommerce options from the long drop down menu of options.

Also, I only see squares in place of icons again. Once again I followed your instructions and generated the CSS file and oddly the entire site won’t load now. I get a “too many redirects” error. It’s quite frustrating. I didn’t think I would have so many issues getting your theme to install and operate properly.

FYI, I am using Google Chrome Version 78.0.3904.87 (Official Build) (64-bit) on a Mac running MacOS 10.12.6. My hosting company is SiteGround Hosting optimized for WP web sites.

Also this might be possible that the issue is due to your local server settings and not with the theme.

I am getting error while setting up the theme. ERROR: import ajax problem, add it manually. Please solve it as soon as possible because tomorrow is the delivery date of my project.

By the way, this plugin (free version) gives a solution for removing out of stock variations from results: https://berocket.com/product/woocommerce-ajax-products-filter

I would rather use WoodMart filters, but also include the above plugin solution. This is so basic & important. Why would someone want to show results of out of stock products, if the store is set to not show out of stock products…

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for contacting us.

Installing demo content doesn’t create a site that is an identical copy of our demo site because it has a big number of pages and images that takes to much time to complete.
Most images you see on our site are not included in our theme package and will not be imported.
As for the 70% and the throw a AJAX Error, try to deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and try again.

I am trying to import the Wine Theme for Basel and it’s not importing all images and sliders, only the basic content.

The import tools runs only up to 30% then jumps to 100% and says it is complete.
Or sometimes, it goes up to 70% and the throw a AJAX Error.
In both situations, only the basic content is loaded.

How could I fix this?

Good morning, I need to import the Woodmart files and it throws an error at me constantly, the error says Import AJAX problem. Please, try import data manually.
I leave the access data to the wordpress in case they need to access the site. The Enable Dummy Content import function option is on.

(1) import ajax error, try installing manually, need guidance on how to do this and what files are required.

(2) the burger icon menu mobile view when tapped opens up the left offcanvas sidebar, can it be managed within the theme to change it to swipe right to open sidebar rather than always going up and tapping the icon, mobile screen are huge now and this isn’t convenient.

Just to let you and others know of my experience.

I just installed Basel on anew site I am constructing. Woocommerce is activated but no Woocommerce Set Up Wizard appears, so i cannot run the wizard.

I got the message that because I have not run the Woocommerce Wizard. see screenshot attached.
As a result I cannot import the demo pages.

I was hoping to have the Wizard appear to quickly set up the shop. On other websites I have the Woo Set Up wizard always appears.

I have since manually created the Woocommerce pages and tried the Basel base Import again. This time I got a error message part way through the download saying there was an an Import Ajax problem and to please try and import data manually. However, it’s still imported the base data successfully. It did however change my Child Theme settings.

Would like to know why there is no Woocommerce Wizard popping up? I deactivate and uninstalled the plugin and reinstalled and reactivated it but still the Wizard has not appeared. Any thoughts?

I use WooCommerce AJAX Products Filter PRO + WPML in your theme.
In post page I get error PHP Catchable fatal error: Object of class WP_Error could not be converted to string in /wp-content/themes/woodmart/inc/template-tags.php on line 1160
I comment this code and blog works. But problem withh categories, in site post have category Без рубрики(eng. Uncategoriezed), but in admin I set Блог(eng. Blog).
I think problem with AJAX Products Filter PRO, because Blog works correctly when I deactiveted.
But also all work correctly when I swith theme by twentynineteen.

I print $cat(in Attachments), with your theme get_the_category return empty array.
PS I print also without $post->ID
Can you help me pls? AJAX Products Filter PRO is very important for me

I have installed your theme several times before on the same hosting company and never had this error..
Can you please install base data for me please?
