I recently purchased a theme from your website, but I am facing some issues while importing it. I keep receiving an “AJAX import error” message, and I am unable to proceed further with the import process. The message advises me to disable all external plugins and try importing the theme again, but even after doing so, the issue persists.
I have purchased several themes from your website in the past, and I thought this error might have been caused by an outdated theme. However, even after purchasing a new theme, I am still experiencing the same issue.
Could you please assist me in resolving this issue as soon as possible? I would really appreciate your help.
