Yes, we have set the different demos with different layouts. In some demos, we do not use the custom layouts which is why they were not imported on the site with the demo content.

I kindly recommend you to build Custom Product layouts, which is built with WoodMart WooCommerce builder, then and create new layout for specific Product Categories only > then you can remove HTML Block from category https://ibb.co/SRsHhTJ > and inside the layout, you can use HTML Block to insert into new Row.

Our elements are created for our Layout builder (Dashboard -> Layouts) so in Elementor Pro templates it could work wrong. I suggest you use our Layout builder for the product page or use the element for the product gallery from Elementor Pro in their templates.

First of all, I’m really sorry have taken long time to reply you due to the weekend.

1. Please check how it works with the default WordPress theme and Woocommerce Storefront theme just to check whether the issue is with our theme or not. Also, please check the site with our theme but only with the theme default plugins activate, and deactivate all the 3rd party plugins from the site.

2. In case you’re using a custom layout, , we have a special widget called Woocommerce Hook in Elementor that you can place to your custom layout and then the plugin will be able to add its custom content there. But I don’t know which one exactly it needs. You can either try to select all hooks one by one or contact plugin developers for help.

01. Please deactivate all the 3rd party plugins and activate only theme-required plugins on the site and then check the issue. I am sure your issue will be solved. Then Activate the 3rd party plugins one by one and check which plugin is creating the issue for you.

Otherwise, if the issue still exists then keep the 3rd party plugins deactivated and let me know i will further check on your site and give you a possible solution.

When you change your theme to Hello Elementor, and deactivate the WooCommerce plugin you cannot have the real Shop page as this comes from WooCommerce. The default Shop page cannot be edited via Elementor, in our theme you need to use Layout builder to have the ability to edit Shop/Single/Checkout/Cart pages.
