    Hi,

As you know the pages that come from WooCommerce end aren’t editable with the page builders directly so it wouldn’t be possible to move the content position on it according to our own choice.

But under the WoodMart Theme, using the Theme’s Layout Builder you can create Custom Layouts for WooCommerce pages like Shop, Category, Single Product page, Cart and Checkouts. So, you can use that to create your own custom layouts for these pages.

So, in your case specifically you can try creating a Custom Layout for Checkout page and adjust the content position on it according to your choice.
Further, you can read more about the Layout Builder here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/

    Hope this helps !

    Hi,

Cross-sells are products that you promote in the cart, based on the current product.
They are typically complementary items. For example, if you are selling a laptop, cross-sells might be a protective case or stickers or a special adapter. Or if you’re selling a ninja t-shirt, they could be a ninja hoodie and ninja socks.

Depending on your theme template, they display on the cart page underneath the cart products table with a thumbnail image.

But under the WoodMart Theme, using the Theme’s Layout Builder you can create Custom Layouts for WooCommerce pages like Shop, Category, Single Product page, Cart and Checkouts. So, you can use that to create your own custom layouts for these pages.

    Hi,

You are currently using Elementor pro Elements. You can contact the plugin support in this regard because Elementor is a pro version However, However, we cannot see an issue of the working of the elements in it.

under the WoodMart Theme, using the Theme’s Layout Builder you can create Custom Layouts for a single product page So, you can use that to create your own custom layouts for these pages in the page builder.

    Hello,

Sorry to say but it wouldn’t be directly possible as you know the default Single Product page layout comes from WooCommerce end.

But you can try the mentioned change using the Theme’s Layout Builder to create Custom Layouts for the Single Product page > and in that Layout you can add a button related to PDF Download. You can find the Layouts under the Dashboard > Layouts.

As you will have different Download Links, then you can make multiple Layouts on your Site under the Dashboard > Layouts and can make them appear on specific Product Categories products using the Conditions option available.

Here is the Guide to that: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/single-product-page-builder/

    Hello,

Sorry to say but right now there is no option in Theme Settings available to achieve that. It requires Customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy scope. Hope you can understand our limitations.

Although, for the Single Product you can achieve that instead of Add to Cart you can have a Popup element added to the Theme under the Custom Layout made under the Dashboard > Layouts > and you can then show a button of Send Inquiry instead of Add to Cart.

    Hi,

Sorry to say but there isn’t a separate or specific option available to move the Tabs location under the default Single Product layout. So, the best way possible in this regard is to use the Theme’s Layout Builder to create a Custom Single Product Layout and in that you can place the Tabs element to your choice of position. Here is the guide about the Single Product layout:

    Hello,

Sorry to say but actually, under the Dashboard > Layouts > there was a Custom Layout enabled for the Archive pages which is why you weren’t able to see the Page Title Bar because there was some custom style content added on those Archive pages in those Layouts. So, for the time being we have disabled those Layouts and now the Page title shows fine on Archive pages on your Site.

Please check back your Site after completely clearing the browser and server cache.

    In reply to: LAYOUT CONDITIONS

    #458073

    Hello,

    Sorry for the inconvenience caused.

The Conditions under the Layout are used to apply Layouts to certain Pages, Categories or Tags.

The INCLUDE in that means that the Layout will be applied to those Pages that you will under the INCLUDE option whereas, EXCLUDE means that the Pages that you will select under that, on those the Layout will not be applied.

Now, All product archives means that the Layout will be applied to all Archive pages, including Shop & all Category and Tags pages too.

If you select Product term there > then you can specifically define a Category, Tag or Attribute on which you specifically want to apply the Layout created.

So, the names of the Pages appearing under the dropdown on the Edit Conditions area are the ones to which you can apply your Layout to because as you know the default Layout of those WooCommerce archive pages aren’t editable which this Custom Layout is used to override their Pages style.

Here is the guide to the Theme’s Layout Builder, please check that:
    https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/

    Hope this helps !

    Best Regards.

    Hello,

In some of the Demos, there are some predefined Custom Layouts created already under the Dashboard > Layouts getting applied to certain Pages with Conditions defined.

Regarding showing the same components, as this is the Custom Layout so there might be the Products (grid or carousel) element used in that which is why you see certain same components. So, if you don’t want to have the Layouts used, you can simply disable them or if you want to use them then you can configure them accordingly under the Layout.

Here is the guide to that:
    https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/

    Hello,

Sorry to say but the Site SEO doesn’t come under the Item Support Policy according to Envato defined policies, so we are unable to suggest anything related to that because that isn’t our expertise. Hope you can understand.

Regarding using the H2 tag on the Product page, if you are keen enough to use the H2 tag on the Product page then the best way possible is to use it under the Tabs either the Description tab or if you are using Custom Tab then you can add in that.

The way that you have taken in this regard is correct and you can proceed with that, the Website Performance isn’t compromised with that. So, whichever way is feasible to you, you can get along with that i.e. either by adding class to H2 tags specifically or using span style.

Further, as you know the default layout of the Shop or Category page comes from WooCommerce end and isn’t directly editable with the Page Builder plugins because WooCommerce doesn’t allow it to do so.

But under the WoodMart Theme, using the Theme’s Layout Builder you can create Custom Layouts for WooCommerce pages like Shop, Category, Single Product page, Cart and Checkouts. So, you can use that to create your own custom layouts for these pages too (if you want) and have content in your choice of way.

    Hello,

In this case, I suggest you use the Layouts to build such a page. At the top of the page, you can define the “Product filters” element to have something similar you your screenshots.

    Hi,

Whatever condition you will apply inside the layout. This specification applies to any product category, product tag or product attributes.

product page layout you need to go to the “Single product” tab and click on the “Add new” button. There, you need to set its name and set some conditions. In most cases, you will use “All products” but you can also apply this layout for particular products or products that belong to a specific category. So you can create as many single product page layouts as you need and show them for different products.

    Hello,

1- To have the default style of Footer, like we mentioned earlier you need to have a Widgets made Footer. To add widgets in the Footer, you can go to Dashboard > Appearance > Widgets > there you can find the Footer column areas to add widgets into.

Right now, as we are seeing you have already set that up now.

2- Regarding the Mobile Menu, as you know the Mobile doesn’t accept the HTML Block so that’s why the Categories Menu under Mobile Menu only shows the Parent Items.

So, what you can do in this regard is navigate to the Dashboard > Appearance > Menus > there create a new Menu specifically for Mobile Categories having a classic structure i.e. Parent Item -> Sub-Item -> Sub-Item > and then go to Dashboard > WoodMart > Header Builder > there edit your respective Header Layout > go to Mobile area > edit the Mobile Menu element > in that go to Show/Hide tab > under that you can choose specific Menu to show: https://snipboard.io/hXDjK5.jpg

Further, you can read more about Menu here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/adding-menu-to-the-site/

3- Shop page is the place where by default all the Products are shown and right now they all are showing on your Site.

So, you can use that to create your own custom layouts for these pages.

As you were using the Accessories Demo on your Site, so there were some certain Layouts enabled for the Archive pages on your Site which we have disabled and now all the Products are shown on your Site’s Shop page.

Moreover, you can read more about the Layout Builder here: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/

    Hello,

Firstly, for the available options related to the Brands under the theme, you can go to Dashboard > Theme Settings > Shop > Brands > there you can find the options related to Brand: https://snipboard.io/Qv8Hfx.jpg

Further, for the specific change related to Brand that you’re mentioning that wouldn’t be possible with the default layout for the Single Product page so you might want to check out the Theme’s Layout Builder to create Custom Layout for the Single Product page and in that you can move elements to your choice of place. Hello,

It seems that on your Site, you have the Custom Layout for the Archive page enabled, which is why things are appearing that way.

So, you can once go to Dashboard > Layouts > there edit the Layout (related to Archive) with the page builder plugin active on your Site > in that Layout you can move the elements to your choice of position including the Category Description or the Categories Slider section.

Here is the guide to the Theme’s Layout Builder, hope this helps: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/

If you are unable to do it yourself, then please share your Site WP-ADMIN Login details in the Private Content field so that we can check this concern on your Site and help you out accordingly.

    Hello,

For the Filters Widget WOODMART WooCommerce Layered Nav, there is an option available named as Show on Category > in that you can select your choice of Category and the Filter will then show on that specific Category page: https://snipboard.io/cKGYJa.jpg

And regarding not showing the Filters on the Shop page only as you have only Categories there > you can try creating a Custom Layout specifically for the Shop page by going to the Dashboard > Layouts > and in that you don’t need to add Sidebar and you will not get to see the Filters there for the Shop page. Here is the guide related to Layout Builder: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/

    #452286

    Hello,

    Sorry for the earlier misunderstandings.

So, we have thoroughly checked this concern on your Site.

Firstly, a third-party Plugin on your Site named “Extra Product Sorting Options for WooCommerce” was causing the conflict, so we deactivated that on your Site.

Further, you had a specific Template made for the Category pages under the Elementor Template Library which is why certain things were appearing on the Category pages and others weren’t.

So, we removed the Condition from those templates and then checked back the mentioned Category pages, the Sort options were appearing fine by then: https://snipboard.io/cRk39T.jpg

So, these were the things which were causing the issue in this regard.

Further, if you want to create Custom Layouts for Archive pages then you can use the Theme’s Layout Builder if you want. Here is the guide to that: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/woodmart-woocommerce-layout-builder/

    Hope this helps !

    Best Regards.

    #451705

    Hello,

Actually, you are using the Demo Accessories on your Site in which there are some certain Custom Layouts by default created under the Dashboard > Layouts > along with the conditions defined for the Archive pages including the Search result page too which is why th Pagination wasn’t showing the result like it should. So, we turn off the Layouts related to Archive pages on your Site and then check back the concern again. The Pagination was then working fine and showing the Products on the pagination selection.

Please check back your Site after completely clearing the browser and server cache.

You can read more about the Theme’s Layout Builder here:
