In the Header Builder, we have the Cart widget that can display the number of items added in the cart.

The problem is that Woodmart assigned only 1 string to the word “items” without taking into account the singular/plural of this word.

If we have only 1 product, then the string should be “% item”
if we have more than 1 product, then the string should be “% items”

Can you please dynamically assign 2 strings (just like WooCommerce does everywhere)?
You should also follow this same system like WooCommerce.

The current workaround is to define the string as “% item(s)” but it’s not very nice…

Following to the Feature Request #352401, the same problem applies in Product Page > Reviews > Images added string

You give us only 1 string displayed when image(s) have been added to the review. The problem is that in French, we cannot display the same text if we upload 1 or more images.

For 1 image only => “%s a été ajoutée”
For more images => “%s ont été ajoutées”

We cannot simply add a (s) like you’re doing in English, that doesn’t work in French.

Therefore, please follow the WooCommerce system and always give us 2 strings => a string for 1 unit, and a string for more units.

Improving the feature “Age verify popup”

CURRENTLY :
=> If a user says that he doesn’t have the minimum age required, he can simply refresh the screen and hit “I’m older than 18” and his access will work again. This is NOK for compliance. If access is forbidden for a user session, it must remain forbidden.

IMPROVEMENT :
=> If a user says that he doesn’t have the minmum age, this should be saved in the browser’s session. If this needs cookies, then precise it in the feature so we can properly adjust our privacy policy.

In the mobile navbar, you provide us “custom buttons” which is great, however those buttons miss some settings.

For example, if the link we want to add is an anchor, then we want to have a “smooth scroll” setting.

Please add more settings for the links, settings similar to what we have for the “buttons” widgets.

In Woodmart Settings > Single Product > Show / Hide Elements it is usefull to add ON/OFF switches for “Show Categories” “Show tags” “Show SKU”

Add the feature/abillity to set and use different sidebars for different pages etc. (this is a BASIC feature among other themes)

Add breadcrumbs options and customizations. Screenshot attached.

Add option to upload favicon

Same issue as #353100, happening for the “Promo Countdown” where we have strings for the number of days, hours, minutes, seconds

but you CANNOT give the same string whether you have 1 HOUR left or 2 HOURS

therefore, you must follow the WooCommerce way of working, by always duplicating the strings when the string can have a different value
– for 1 unit or
– for more than 1 units

1 string for HOUR
1 string for HOURS

1 string for DAY
1 string for DAYS

1 string for MINUTE
1 string for MINUTES

1 string for SECOND
1 string for SECONDS

In the widget “Products (grid or carrousel)”

if we select “Products with label NEW”, please provide us a setting to sort the products
– from the newest / oldest
– from the cheapest / most expensive
– from alphabetical order
…

Currently, we need to exclude some JS files from WP Rocket’s Delay JS to make sure that everything works fine.

Please optimize Woodmart so that all the JS files can safely be dalyed by WP Rocket.

If you make a search (without ajax) and no results are found, you get a Page containing a “warning” notice that no results are found.

Please provide us a way to customize this page.

Thank you for this great theme. I used it and I loved it.

I have a little request. Is there any possibility to add an option for pages to use Google font below the page editor.

Because in my case I use different language (English and Arabic), I want to use different Google for RTL version but every time I need to use custom CSS.

Improve compatibility with WPML.

1) Assume you have a Shop Page with pagination loaded by ajax.
2) Create a real case and go to the third page for instance
3) Switch the language to any other language

AS IS : you’ll be thrown back to the first page (initial state) of the Shop Page

TO BE : you should remain at the same page of the Shop Page but in the new language

I think a Lazy Load button for product reviews would be an awesome feature because if you have 1000+ reviews on a product then you have to scroll through all of the reviews in order to get to the bottom of the page.

Improvement for the widget “Products (grid or carrousel)”

On my website, I’ve created a page dedicated to display NEW products only. It contains nothing else on the page. Just the widget “Products (grid or carrousel)” defined to display NEW products.

However, if we exceed the number of days defined in settings (e.g. 7 days) and there aren’t any new products anymore, then nothing gets display.

If no products are found by the widget, add a notice “There are no products found matching this selection.” or something like that.

Same goes for “Featured” / “On sale” / …

Pricing table widget => they are quite basic

Allow us to make more advanced pricing table like the attachment
a) separate title and description
b) comment in the top left corner
c) on mobile, allow us to scroll them horizontally like a carrousel rather than listing the tables one after the other

=> Currently, we can define this setting for Tablet & Mobile only
=> Allow us to define this setting for Desktop.

Yes there are cases where this would be usefull, as I build my pages for mobile first (as requested by Google) and then I want to apply row reverse for Desktop…

A big task :

Every single setting of your theme should have a DESKTOP / TABLET / MOBILE responsiveness sub-setting.

I know that’s a lot in a single improvement request 🙂

I have multi requests;
. First a container div in archive page product loop child of .product-grid-item class for change background color with gap other product.
. Add more customization option for Ajax Product Tabs like Title’s font family, text color.
. Add show selected attributes on single product page’s after short description option. And archive product page show selected attributes under product option.
. Add custom prev/next icon like svg or png images.
. Add custom suffix or custom type for discount badges.
. Add compare popup option when select compare.
. Add custom icon for My-Account label.
. Fix add to cart icon not changing , after product item deleted on mini-cart.
