Loco Translate not working in the latest version of the theme

Hi,

The latest theme version: 7.2.2 is not compatible with the latest version of Loco Translate 2.6.4.

I did a test and installed the older version of the theme (7.1. something) and Loco worked perfectly.

The error happened in the last 2-3 days, over the weekend, because on Friday everything was working fine.

Can you check what is going on?

Hello,

Download the latest archive with our theme and take the woodmart/languages/woodmart.pot file and replace it in your theme. Then click the “Sync” button in Loco Translate plugin.

I followed the steps listed but it still doesn’t work.
I synced at the end and I still don’t have the translations, even though they are in Loco.

Any other ideas or procedures?

We have several problems on our website.

Namely:

– Cannot remove “compare” on product page
– Cannot remove “share” on the product page
– It is not possible to hide “”uncategorized” in the categories, so that this does not appear for the user. I tried with CSS code and it doesn’t work.

Can you please send me the 7.2.0 version of the theme?
Maybe it will work, while you do your analysis of the problems.

Hello,

You can hide elements for the product page in Theme Settings > Single product > Elements.

Uncategories cannot be removed, you can rename and add products to these categories.

Any news regarding the translation?
We still can’t get the correct translation on the website, even though it’s on Loco.

We also followed the steps to remove the “share” and “compare” but it’s not working.

We have managed to hide the uncategorized.

Another point:

How do I step to move the categories menu to the left side instead of appearing on top?
When I’m in a category, the menu appears at the top of the page. I would like to put it on the left side and the filters as well.

You can disable Compare and Wishlist in the Theme Settings > Shop page > Compare/Wishlist.

It’s not wishlist.

Its Compare and Share. They are deactivated and yet they still appear in frontend.

– Theme setting / Shop / Compare / Enable compare – NO

– Theme setting / Social profiles / everything is “off”

Is not cache.

Do you have another solution, please?

In the meantime I will send you a screenshot of what we wanted for the categories and subcategories. Basically it was to move the categories, subcategories and filters to the left side, vertically.

Instead of being horizontal.

Is this possible?
