    Hello Xtemos, it seems like I’m having a weird issue where my cart is always empty event when I add an item in it.

    Seems like the cart works again when I deactivate Redux Framework plugin.

    Best regards,

    Olivier

    Hello again, we are soon getting there, but I am afraid there still are some small issues shopping from mobile.

    It is regarding normal simple products. You have to go into the actual product to add it to the cart. The “Buy” button below the product picture on the categories page only works for the first product you add. If you add another product from the categories page, the cart gets empty.

    These are a couple of categories with “simple products” only:

    https://knitting-inna.com/nb/produktkategori/strikkemonster/luer/

    https://knitting-inna.com/nb/produktkategori/strikkemonster/barn/

    And one more issue (both desktop and mobile).

    When you enter the store page: https://knitting-inna.com/nb/butikk/

    There are two sub-categories that doesn’t show, unless you hit the “ALL” link left on the black menu bar. This is the categories: https://knitting-inna.com/nb/produktkategori/garn/ & https://knitting-inna.com/nb/produktkategori/strikkepinner/

    Also – do you know why the content on the main store page is longer down on the page, than if you enter a sub-category?

    Kind regards,

    Stian

    Hi,

    Try to add the following code snippet to the Custom CSS area in Theme Settings to fix this issue.

    body.dropdowns-color-light .cart-widget-side {
    	background-color: white;
    }

    body.dropdowns-color-light .cart-widget-side .widget-close,
    body.dropdowns-color-light .cart-widget-side .remove,
    body.dropdowns-color-light .cart-widget-side .total strong,
    body.dropdowns-color-light .cart-widget-side .product-title,
    body.dropdowns-color-light .cart-widget-side .empty{
    	color: #2d2a2a;
    }

    body.dropdowns-color-light .cart-widget-side .empty:before,{
    	color: rgba(135,135,135,.15);
    }

    body.dropdowns-color-light .cart-widget-side .empty:after {
    	color: #858585;
    }

    body.dropdowns-color-light .cart-widget-side .amount {
    	color: #282d4f;
    }

    body.dropdowns-color-light .cart-widget-side .quantity {
    	color: #bbb;
    }

    body.dropdowns-color-light .cart-widget-side .widget-close:before,
    body.dropdowns-color-light .cart-widget-side .widget-close:after {
    	background-color: black;
    }

    body.dropdowns-color-light .cart-widget-side .widget-title {
    	color: black;
    }

    body.dropdowns-color-light .cart-widget-side .total,
    body.dropdowns-color-light .cart-widget-side .widget-heading {
      border-color: rgba(129,129,129,.2);
    }

    body.dropdowns-color-light .cart-widget-side .widget_shopping_cart .mini_cart_item:hover {
    	background-color: #f9f9f9;
    }

    Hi there,

    I got an issue with the Index. The cart remains empty only there and not inside others pages. Why?

    Many thanks.

    I’m having some really weird behaviour with my cart. I add an item to the cart (pop up confirms and appears in header cart). I then may add another, and the original item disappears from cart.

    Or I go to cart after adding all items and it says cart empty. Am adding both via quick shop, shop page add to cart, quick view and in product. Happening randomly! Sending you link to shop via private msg.

    I have disabled your theme – the cart works fine. I have disabled all plugins as well and have found that when I turn the REDUX framework back on (no other plugins but woocomm) the issue occurs again.

    happen with both parent or child active.

    http://orientalth99.staging.wpengine.com/shop

    Go here – add a bunch of products to the cart from different categories

    Please please please help asap!

    My mistake, I should have been more descriptive. Basically, the Events Calendar plugin is the base of the two, it generates a calendar that’s on the /events/ page. The Event Tickets plugin allows the admin to create either an RSVP or WooCommerce option for Tickets, I haven’t tried the RSVP aspect, but my problem lies in the WooCommerce tickets which are the ones that have a price attached to them.

    The one example of this that is currently setup is on this page, if you look at the bottom of the event, you will see that there is a ticket section on the front end of the site (these are editable within the backend of the post type) and they are also available to edit within WooCommerce, though they can not be viewed as regular products since they are tickets are associated with Events.

    On to the true issue at hand, when you attempt to add one of these tickets to the cart it will load the cart page and then show up empty. I believe this is a PHP issue with one of the Basel files, as it works perfectly fine with Twenty Seventeen, as I mentioned before. Please let me know if you need me to make a screen recording to show you the problem exactly. If you switch themes or make any changes, please let me know.

    I’m in development on a site and this is the first time using your theme and I seem to have come across an issue that has me at a standstill. Apparently the cart empties itself on each page load.

    When adding a product to the cart as a user, the popup appears asking if the user would like to view their cart or continue shopping. If they click view cart, they are taken to the cart page and it says that their cart is empty including the default empty cart message and return to shop button. If the user selects to continue shopping, they can see that their item was added to the cart as it is visible in the header widget, but if the page reloads/refreshes or they view another page, the cart is emptied.

    I have disabled all non-essential plugins for testing and the issue persists and also carries across the three browsers it was tested on (chrome, safari, firefox). I am not seeing any issues or errors logged in the browser console to help with this either.

    10. You can edit tags for the product on Edit Product page. https://gyazo.com/c903d24e4539f4481a03d9b117492fd4

    9. Try to add the following code snippet to the Custom CSS area in Theme Settings to fix this issue.

    .woocommerce-cart .woocommerce > .cart-empty,
    .woocommerce-cart .woocommerce > .return-to-shop {
    	background-color: transparent;
    }

    .woocommerce-cart .woocommerce > .cart-empty {
    	font-size: 36px;
    	letter-spacing: 1px;
    	line-height: 1.5;
    	padding: 250px 0 0px 0;
    }

    .woocommerce-cart .woocommerce > .return-to-shop {
    	padding: 0;
    	line-height: 1;
    }

    Hi,

    1. As we described, the widget will be hidden on cart and checkout pages in the next update.

    2. We just tested in FireFox and don’t see the issue you are writing about https://gyazo.com/0cc9de2de13f62460f4333a1d0ba6e26

    3. Here is a CSS code to fix it. We will include it in the next update also

    .woocommerce-cart .woocommerce > .cart-empty,
    .woocommerce-cart .woocommerce > .return-to-shop {
    	background-color: transparent;
    }

    .woocommerce-cart .woocommerce > .cart-empty {
    	font-size: 36px;
    	letter-spacing: 1px;
    	line-height: 1.5;
    	padding: 250px 0 0px 0;
    }

    .woocommerce-cart .woocommerce > .return-to-shop {
    	padding: 0;
    	line-height: 1;
    }

    Dear Xtemos!
    After a long time I have to contact again, with the same problem that several months ago.
    I think, this issue came from updated theme.
    In the translation product page I can check and translate into spanish main fields, but “custom fields” as:
    Product image size
    Extra content
    Extra content position
    are in blank (with no english options filled in fields) and I can not copy to the right side to translate them into spanish.

    Please, can you help me again with this ( I am sure is quite easy to fix) new-old problem?
    Thanks a lot in advance!!!!

    The file I have for translation is:

    <custom-type translate=”1″>cms_block</custom-type>
    <custom-type translate=”1″>portfolio</custom-type>

    Hello,

    The wpml-config.xml file should contain the following code. Please, restore it and do everything step by step from scratch. We don’t see any issues with our theme in this situation.

    <wpml-config>
        <custom-types>
            <custom-type translate="1">cms_block</custom-type>
            <custom-type translate="1">portfolio</custom-type>
            <custom-type translate="0">basel_sidebar</custom-type>
        </custom-types>
        <taxonomies>
            <taxonomy translate="1">categories</taxonomy>
            <taxonomy translate="1">project-cat</taxonomy>
            <taxonomy translate="1">tag</taxonomy>
        </taxonomies>
        <admin-texts>
            <key name="basel_options">
                <key name="logo" />
                <key name="logo_width" />
                <key name="header_text" />
                <key name="header_area" />
                <key name="popup_text" />
                <key name="reg_text" />
                <key name="cookies_text" />
                <key name="empty_cart_text" />
                <key name="copyrights" />
                <key name="copyrights2" />
                <key name="prefooter_area" />
                <key name="additional_tab_title" />
                <key name="additional_tab_text" />
            </key>
        </admin-texts>
        <custom-fields>
            <custom-field action="translate" label="Extra content">_basel_extra_content</custom-field>
