Where do I get the license key? I’m seeing the purchase code in our download from Themeforest. I don’t remember if that’s what I used as the license key or not. I’m not seeing the license key on the Theme License page on the live website. I just see a button about deactivating. I don’t want to do that. So I’m not sure where to find the license key.

As for enabling the same area in the header from Facebook, I’m not sure what you mean there.

I just tried importing your Toys demo content into the staging site and got this error:

I don’t know if this happened because of the problems we’ve been having with the server or if it is because haven’t set up the license key for this staging site yet.

Also note that I see that our paid support period is ending in 3 days. I’ve notified our director about this and we should be renewing that for another six months shortly. I just have to get his approval on that. It will be done ASAP.

In addition, I imported an additional page, basic contact us#1. In the beginning there was no problem the page is opened but when i tried to add a main menu into the navigation page in header, it took about 1-2 minutes to open. So, there are some timeout problems and these problems is about theme not the hosting provider. Because they had similar AJAX error before but this time it isn’t solved. Is that Jupiter’s problem? If its like that i wanted to switch to another theme Mars.

Only the necessary plugins are active, Elementor, Woocommerce and Woodmart Core.

If a theme import fails due to ajax errors. If you try to import again trying to get to 100% theme import. The menus keep stacking up. Is there something that can be done about the import theme timeouts?

I have a problem with demo import (glasses)
I stuck on 15% or 30% or 60% and i get “AJAX import error. Try to disable all external plugins and run the import again. If it doesn’t help, contact our support center for further assistance”
I disable all external plugins and i have setup woo.
And php limit is 512M
But nothing change
Any ideas to work out?

I think the problem from your site I am sure 100%. becasue I installed prebuilt website version “7.0.3” before in the same comfiguration at my hosting wihtout any problem. other versions has the same error “AJAX import error. Try to disable all external plugins and run the import again. If it doesn’t help, contact our support center for further assistance.”and it seems from all comments from all the users. you need to fix this error.
