but woocoommerce weight and dimensions attributes are does not have icons.

When you edit the Product on the Site > the first thing that you see after adding the Product Title is the Description area > there you can change or edit the Product Description for a Product: https://snipboard.io/otPdvR.jpg

Further, if you want you can edit the Description of a Product with the page builder plugin (i.e. Elementor or WPBakery) active on your Site: https://snipboard.io/MAE4aO.jpg

Secondly, the Additional Information tab isn’t directly editable. It comes from WooCommerce by default and it is shown on those Products only which we have Attributes define on them > if a Product doesn’t have Attributes defined, the Additional Information tab doesn’t show: https://snipboard.io/DcBTbP.jpg

1- The Additional Information tab only appears on those Products which have Attributes defined. If any of the Product doesn’t have Attributes defined then it will not show on them.

But if you explicitly hide this tab irrespective of the Attributes defined, then please try using the following Custom CSS code on your Site and paste it to Dashboard >> Theme Settings >> Custom CSS >> Global CSS section:

#tab-title-additional_information { display: none !important; }

2- To hide the Brand tab from the Single Product page, please go to Dashboard > Theme Setting > Shop > Brands > there you can find the Show tab with brand information toggle option > just turn this option off: https://snipboard.io/X3dVHj.jpg

checking the support articles and discussions from the Woodmart theme
developers, but I only got the discussion from the link below where the
theme support was unable to identify or prevent the theme’s
woodmart_recently_viewed_products cookie from interfering with the server
or varnish cache:

For this case, I would recommend moving the site to VPS, to help host the
site while keeping the Woodmart Child theme. I also recommend trying to
reinstall the WP Rocket plugin after moving it to VPS, to help reset its

I solved the Woodmart popup button issue. The problem is due to ID mismatch. I synced the IDs and popup videos were fixed. So now there is no problem. Please specify this feature in the documents.(Additional photo: woodmart popup)

But I have some questions for you;

1. I used w3tc before. And it was affecting the site performance nicely. It was automatically converting images to webp format. Do you mind if I upload this again? Can you advice?

2. The content on the blog archive page has a date problem.

The most recently uploaded content should be first, but appears last.

So any new content should appear first. How can I fix the date order of the blog page? (Additional photo: blog-date-order)

3. “Options preset” How should I use this part. There is no example in the documentation. Can you send me a sample? (Additional photo: options-preset)

4. Yoast seo or AlO… I’ve used both before. But which one would be suitable for our site?

Dear Support Team

I am currently experiencing problems with my Basel Theme which I use for my online store at https://www.fotodiscountworld.co.za I have a licensed (version 5.5.1) Theme

On the left side of the shop page widgets are being used to allow visitors to search for specific products and filter the products by using a Filter by Brand. The Filter by Brand function is set up with the the Basel WooCommerce Layered Nav Widget.

The Basel WooCommerce Layered Nav Widget is using the Attributes feature under products. An attribute titled Brand with the slug brands-attribute was created and all the brands’ categories were added under the Terms of the Attribute. It is also ordered by the Term ID.

The Search Products and Product Categories widgets are working very well, but not the Filter by Brand as indicated above. Under the Filter by Brand, FujiFilm for example, indicates 152 products in brackets. However if a visitor clicks on FujiFilm to view the 152 products only two are displayed.

I have done all the troubleshooting that I can do on my end. I have disabled and enabled all the plugins one by one to find any possible conflict. All the plugins as well as the Theme and WordPress Core is up to date. There are no 3rd party Ajax filters being used on the website that can cause possible conflicts. A site inspection did not indicate any critical errors. The server runs PHP version 8.0.17.

I do have screenshots to illustrate all the above but can unfortunately not upload it together with this form. Please let me know should you require any additional information and where I can send it to.

Are you aware of any similar problems?

I am struggle to style product styles on product archive page

I would like additional information to be visible on products at page load (on all products above button) not as hoover content.

Hi, your code is almost doing the thing. I have added “background-color: var(–btn-shop-bgcolor-hover);” on hover. Only text should turn white or a lighter color. I tried to change the color under “styles and color”, but didnt work. It only works on the single-page, and not on shop-page. Can this also be done on shoppage?

3. When on productstyles under “elements” the hover content is set on “additional information”. If LIST is set on “productsgrid”, the full additional information is given in the list-line. Also button is getting different the on “grid”. See picture #3.

4. When having products set on “list”, is there a way to make the product-line smaller? Maybe when setting a smaller image? See picture #4.

The default revies are configured in Woocommerce > Settings and in Theme Settings > Single Products > Revies as for the plugin Revies, please contact the plugin’s support as we do not have instructions.

Additional tab (with the attributes) enter each attribute in the product page and disable or enable showing on the product page to hide the tab.

Additional tab (Shipping information) You can edit it in the Theme Settings > Product page > Tabs > Additional tab.

Do I need to change just the first line in that custom CSS, in order to show images in all other products tabs too.
Means, do I need to replace just this below line, from that whole custom CSS (that you shared)-

Currently, these are barely visible.

Issue or Bug:
8. There is an issue in Main Slider (Woodmart’s) on Home page.
The first 3 slides are of showing and matching with same height, while the 4th one (last one, that we added) is showing bit larger in height.
Even though the size (height ) of right side images from all 4 sliders are same.
As well as, other settings of slides are exactly same too. (we copied the original 4th slider from Demo and then replaced just with our image, with same dimensions)

Due to this, there is an unusual shift, the moment 4th slide comes into screen, and goes away too. Resulting in Shift of other contents too (that are below sliders, that is Brands)

I tried to check each setting, but could not replicate, as for what reason the 4th slider is showing bigger in height and hence shifting too.

You have a great tab that can display content based on an attribute. This is by default “about the brand”.

Please tell me if it is possible to use this display property and create two more fields (in the product card) to display information based on the brand attribute?

for example:

In the default tab “about the brand” I display information about the brand itself, its history, and so on.

And in the additional fields, I also add all the new products of this brand and its products at a discount (using ajax products tab and html blocks) Pay attention, when I say fields, I mean not tab, but fields. For example, as a related products field in a product page.

I think you may have misunderstood my previous questions. I was only asking how to disable the “Add To Wishlist” button & tabs area with the usual Description/Additional Information/Reviews (mine is Description/Size & Fit/Store Policy) for only one specific product page. The one that the Gift Card page is setup on, NOT the other product pages with the regular products.

This happens for all the products on our page.

HI I have few more points on which I need your support, below are thos points request you to please help me to fix these points:
1. Whenever we removed cached or open website first time in any laptop or desktop a popup comes says “Hey You, Sign up and connect to woodmart|” how can I remove it or if I need to add my own promo pop how can I do that?
2. Website takes lot of time while loading, how can we make it load fast?
3. On the mobile, few section on the home page looks odd they are not fitting as per the mobile. Sharing the screenshot please check and let me know how we can fix them.
4. on promo banner how can we change the text as its not properly visible when its overlap the image.
5. Why on other pages top header mobile and email icons are not visible?
6. how can we show the original color of the brand logo instead of gray in the Brand scroller?
7. How we can hide uncategorized category from from the website as its reflecting on categories pages?
8. I tried inactive additional tab in the products pages, but still shipping & Delivery tab is still visible,
9. How can I remove shift the sort by popularity, average or price range fiter from the top to left side see the attached screenshot
10. I don’t want to show the additional information tab which shows only written Brand word, how can I remove that and Instead of that I would Like to show the brand logo on the product page. screenshot attached

First of all thank you very much for all the help you have given already!

I have utilized all the theme options for adding extra tabs – About Brand, the universal one and ones set on individual product pages.
Now I would like to change the order they appear in. Is there any way within the theme to set this?

I have tried adding a snippet (via Snippets plugin) to change the order of the tabs. It works to an extent in that it can re-order the Description and Reviews tabs relative to each other, but the 3 custom tabs are unaffected by this snippet. I’m guessing because I need to use a special code name for them?

The snippet requires a line for each tab with name of tab thus: $tabs[‘description’][‘priority’] = 1;
I tried ‘brand’, and ‘about-brand’ (with setting that they are called that). No luck.

For the Additional tab that appears on every product, I have tried ‘additional_tab’, and “FAQ_-_shop_info” (tab title) and ‘[html_block id="48126"]‘ (tab content).

On some of the products I have set a custom tab. I have tried both “custom_tab” and “product_information” – which is title of some of these tabs.

If you want to remove these tabs on all the products,

Description – is the main description on the product page. If you clean the product description it would disappear.

Additional tab (with the attributes) enter each attribute in the product page and disable showing on the product page to hide.

Additional tab (Shipping information) You can clean all the fields in the Theme Settings > Product page > Tabs: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/#shipment_delivery

If you want to hide on a certain product, please add this code to the product page:
