Create a header
How to create a header with header builder
There are a few ways to create a new header with the header builder: create an empty structure and fill it with any elements you need, use our templates examples library and then customize it to your needs or import it with JSON data exported from some other resource.
Go to Space Dashboard -> Header builder and click on the “Create a new header” button. You will see a popup window with two sections. The first one lists all the headers layouts examples from our library. You can choose any of them as your header base and then simply customize it. Below this list, you can see another one that contains headers that already existed in your headers manager list. So you need to click on one of all these headers to choose which one will be used as your new header base. After this action, the new layout will be created and you will be able to start editing it.
Set default header
On the header manager page, you can also specify which of the created headers will be used as a default header for your website. To do this, you need to click on the Set default for the desired header (Make it default).
Import header JSON
If you have a JSON export of the header you created previously, on some other website, you can click on the “Import” button, paste your JSON data there and click on “Import” in the popup window. This action will create a new header on the basis of the imported data.
