Where can I find my purchase codes and activated domains?

You can find your purchase codes and activated domains through My Account -> Dashboard -> Your purchase codes.

How to deactivate the purchase code from the old domain if there is no access to it?

 In “Your purchase codes” area, you can see activated domains. Simply by clicking the Deactivate button you can deactivate the key even if you don’t have access to the old domain.

How to add an additional purchase code for the second domain?

Use the Add new purchase code area.

How many domains can be activated using 1 purchase code?

You can activate 2 domains – production and staging (development) domains.

How to extend or renew the support period?

Simply click on the “Update” button in your account dashboard.

How to update the subscription date when your support has expired but you bought its extension on ThemeForest?

• Log in to your ThemeForest account
• Hover over your username and click “Downloads” from the drop-down menu.
• The downloads section displays a list of all the items purchased using your account.
• Click on “Renew support now!” or “Extend now” next to the item you wish to renew the item support for and that’s it!

The last step is to log into your account on the forum and click “Update” to update the final date on the forum.

The cost of support is determined by the type of support and is calculated as a percentage of the item price (the price paid to the author for the item license). You can read more detailed information here.

How to send admin/FTP access or other information privately?

Use the Private content area that is below the message area.

How to change the account password?

You can change it via the Dashboard -> Account Details
