Thank you page layouts customize the order confirmation displayed after checkout. You can create a general design for all orders or show different content according to the products, customer, payment, shipping, or order value.

Create a Thank you page layout

1. Navigate to Dashboard -> Layouts -> Checkout and click the add button.

2. Select Thank you page, enter the layout name, and configure its conditions.

3. Choose a predefined design or start with a blank layout, then click Create layout.

4. Add the order elements and supporting content, then publish the layout.

Thank you page elements

• Customer details — displays the customer billing and shipping details available for the order.
• Order details — displays purchased products, quantities, totals, and downloadable items when applicable.
• Order message — displays the order-received message or the appropriate actions when the order has failed.
• Order meta — outputs a selected value such as order ID, date, status, email, total, payment method, shipping method, or a public custom order meta field.
• Order overview — displays a compact summary of the order.
• Payment instructions — outputs instructions provided by the payment gateway selected for the order.

Regular blocks or widgets can be used for support information, delivery guidance, recommendations, banners, and other post-purchase content.

Set layout conditions

Use Include and Exclude conditions to create targeted confirmation pages. Available condition groups include:

• Products in order: product, category, child categories, tag, brand, attribute, product type, and shipping class.
• Order: payment gateway, shipping method, shipping country, and billing country.
• Totals: order total, subtotal, and subtotal after discount.
• User: logged-in customer or guest.

Use All orders for the default layout, then add more specific layouts when selected orders require different content.

Plugin compatibility

Payment gateways and WooCommerce extensions may add information through hooks. Use the WooCommerce Hook element when required and see WooCommerce hooks and plugin compatibility.
